Whats new?

We have literally more than doubled our library of loops, because now over 750 loops feature an optional enhanced version WITH LIVE DRUMS! Yes, if you don’t have a drummer, just switch to Loop 2 and experience the power of added live drums to accompany you as you play! We’ve recorded the most common groove to each song, for over 750 loops! Just hit the switch!

Here’s the detailed breakdown of what’s been added!

-A BRAND SPANKIN’ NEW AUDIO ENGINE AND INTERFACE which includes:

- Loop 1/Loop 2 switch that allows you to add live drums to the loop! You can switch between either just the loop, or the loop with live drums that will
compliment the actually song that the loop was created for! This is HUGE!

-The introduction of Smart Loops(Tm), for songs that change grooves. These loops will be marked with a (SM) on the browse page after the song title. For songs like “Joy” where the groove switches from a straight to swing, using the Loop 1/Loop 2 switch, you’ll be able to seamlessly switch between the two! Just hit the switch!

- Beautiful New Player UI design
- New play button which allows you to start the loop the exact moment you release the button!
- New big volume and tempo display/buttons for better control
- New Fade and Dim buttons with easier visibility

-Now you can login with Facebook, Google, or email, so that all downloaded content will be saved if you switch to another iOS device! Just login, and any loops you download in the future will be saved!

-Now subscribed users have the ability to import their OWN mp3 loops and click tracks via wifi from your computer to "MY LOOPS!" (2MB file size limit)

Great Loops—Improve the Interface

I love the C-Dub loops and have been purchasing them from his site for years. A few months ago I decided to subscribe. It’s so much easier. I really like being able to import loops that I created from Ableton when I want something more customized.

The interface needs to be improved. It stays in portrait mode and doesn’t shift to landscape when you put your iPad on its side (which you have to since the headphone output is on the bottom.) It’s harder to manage the buttons and read, browse to search songs, etc since the keyboard is sideways. IPad/iPhone outputs and power inputs have been on the bottom for over 10 years so this needs to be updated. This is very frustrating. I know some people will use an iPad mount to keep it in portrait mode, but I’m usually putting it on a grand piano or B3.

Loops not working

Don’t get me wrong, I love everything you are doing in the ministry. My complaint with the app is that certain tracks will download and when I go to actually play them, those tracks make the whole app crash. I cannot even use songs like “When the battle is over”, “You covered me by Donald Lawrence” & a bunch others.

Also I have issues with songs I have already downloaded not being the actual track playing. For example I go to use “Because of who you are” & I have a shout track or something else playing for that song and others.

I have deleted and downloaded the app again & again numerous times. It gets extremely frustrating because my father is a pastor and we currently do not have a drummer so this app comes in handy when I’m playing and it actually works. I feel like I should not have to constantly delete the app and tracks and then download them again hoping they will work. It truly isn’t fair especially paying to use it monthly, then not knowing how well it will work for the month.

Loops aren’t connecting end to end

Whatup C-Dub. You have a few loops like the 6/8 groove on the iPad version specifically that doesn’t have a full bar at the end of the loop. I’m noticing the issue more so with the iPad as opposed to the iPhone. Don’t know what the technical issue is, but you can imagine the surprise when you’re in service and the loop “starts over” a half a beat sooner than it’s supposed to. There are a few frequent crashes others have mentioned as well. I love all of the new content since the last major update, but the bugs with the current version have left many like myself a little disappointed. You’ve always done great work, so I’m sure you will address it if you haven’t already. Appreciate ya much.

Unhappy

I love my loops but for the second on a Sunday morning I went use my loops only 4 where too over 20 plus loops although I unsubscribe from it somehow my loops I purchase was no longer there this is the second time once you subscribe to anything if you unsubscribe that which belong to you so many my musicians friend I have turn on to this App I really would like my loops back I unstalled and restall my old loops still not downloaded the beta app I still don’t see my old loops I purchase, I was email back with response comparing my situation to Netflix once you stop your subscription you no longer have access well once before this happened and the CDUB team somehow replace them back here I go again so I guess they You to subscribe again never will I subscribe again and I will be letting my musicians friends know how I was treated because I push this app many of my musicians friends downloaded your app mr cudub

Almost perfect but…

The app is worth the money for short term until you get better apps where you can make your own. Songs aren’t organized very well. Instead of scrolling endlessly, each song should be grouped under the artists name. There isn’t a function to change the key of the loop which is a complaint from singers. The recent update added which songs had a swing feel or straight feel and the time sigs for 6/8 and 9/8 as well as bpm. Why 4/4 or 3/4 wasn’t added is a head scratcher.

Don’t listen to the haters

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after reading so many of the haters, I had to add a 5 star rating and pray that every real church musician get this subscription. Been using this since it came out. Life saver in the last minute, always additional loops added, can use the loops for any other song, can set up playlists, change the tempo. Come on. This is a no brained. The video tutorials alone are with the $20/mth. Stop being cheap and wanting everything for nothing and subscribe. It’s worth it.

Frustrated

Bro I’m so done with this app. I been rockin with it since it came out. The last longest it’s been glitching and freezing up. I gave it some time and just redos loaded it and read scribes and it’s totally unusable. The only track that even loads is the first one that it defaults to. Nothing will play and if the track even comes up the entire app freezes. I don’t know what else to say other than it’s very frustrating to try to support and it hasn’t worked in forever. Hopefully something can be fixed so I’m not out of another month worth of subscription. And this happens on both the iPhone and iPad.

App Crashes/No Updated Content

The app crashes every time I try to add a song to a playlist. The fix was to download a beta version with a 30day limit on it. So what am I going to do after the 30days?

Usually when you subscribe to something you get new content weekly/biweekly/monthly etc. Haven’t notice any new content since I started my subscription almost a year ago and my notifications are on. When I contacted the developer about a particular song that was fairly new and popular they replied with “enough people have to request it”. Charge 1 flat rate for access to your library of tracks if you’re not going to add anymore.

Haven't received my purchase

I'm still waiting to be contacted about my purchase that I haven't received. I paid $30 for the 40 loops deal and I still haven't received an e-mail or loops download. Also I was not aware beforehand that you couldn'download this product on iOS device which probably would have caused me to think twice before purchasing. Could you please contact me that I can receive my purchase? Thank you!

Amazing Tool For The Modern Musician

This app takes the guesswork out of producing tracks when playing. EVERY musician has had a situation where a song is called at the last minute and there is NO WAY you have time to make a track. With this app that’s NEVER an issue. Want to jam out at home? This has you covered! Don’t have a drummer? This app has you covered! You don’t have the resources to make a studio quality track? This app has you covered! This one is a no brainer!
