Definite Recommend !!
Im one of the people who focus more on the flaws of the game rather than the good points while making a review, but this game doesn’t really have any bad parts of it. I truly love this game and it’s become my recent obsession. It’s addicting and so fun! The main objectives are collecting gear and extracting. But you have to actually think about your tactics and gear you take with you. If you don’t take enough, you can easily lose to a more geared player, take too much, and you can lose more gear than it’s worth to do the mission. But when you take just the right amount and play right, you can extract with a large amount of loot and it’s one of the best feelings in the world. This game has a perfect balance and is very simple yet MASSIVE in features and play through. I rarely ever have an issue with this game and it seems very advanced for a mobile game. And the controller support is amazing and makes the game that much more interactive and fun. I think this game should definitely have full attention from the creators because me and almost everyone else who plays loves this game and don’t want it or updates going anywhere. If you love PVP , looting and extracting games, or just collecting and random pvp at times, this is the game for you. I promise you’ll love it and be addicted!

Minor Issues
To be honest, this game is great. The DMZ/Tarkov type game mode paired with a post apocalyptic setting really gives the game a significant change. Though there is a wipe every several days, it is not difficult to get items back. Now the issue of the game is the extremely slow time to connect to a lobby with only mobile players. I’ve tested playing with different maps and different squad fill settings and letting pc players join the lobby. The result is a pattern where pc players in the mobile lobby is challenging to play. If the matchmaking with pc players is turned off, the time to wait for the server to start is usually 1-10 minutes. Another issue is the servers for different squad fills are always changing which is annoying. A positive change would be to add more bots to make the match making time shorter for mobile players and to have squad fill with different fills a constant instead of shutting one down for another. Lastly, the game’s wipe is slightly altered the play style because of how much money and loot I obtained before the wipe, I lost everything and was difficult to regain everything. I suggest putting a setting where players can decide to keep loot for the next season or to restart. For the players that keep everything, they are matched with other players with high tier loot from the last season and bots (mentioned above) have better equipment and aim. Over all a 4 or 4.5 out of 5.

Honest Review
I’ve had this game for a few days and I’ve got to say it’s definitely a new favorite of mine. I was skeptical at first because I saw it only had 3.9 stars and expected a buggy, low quality game with janky mechanics but it’s the complete opposite. From what I’ve seen I’m guessing the problems people have spoke about are probably people with lower end devices. I haven’t had any major issues besides a couple audio bugs but they only happened under very specific circumstances and was due to complications on my end. The gameplay is fun, the progression is fair and addicting, and the survival mechanics are like a cherry on top. If you ever feel like you’re stuck in the game and aren’t progressing much, you either haven’t looked around and exploded the mechanics enough or couldn’t be bothered to read instructions. If you really want to enjoy this game you have to take to time to learn and be ready for failure. Overall pretty solid game especially for something on mobile,I would highly recommend especially if you’re looking for the perfect mix of survival + pvp & pve.

Seems like there is some shady biz
So I’ve had my own set of problems. First of all hackers. In the beginning it was okay when dealing with new players/bots. But I noticed there are hackers. Also there’s even a whole forum on how to get aimbot and wall hacks for this specific mobile game. Which is another downer. Im very good at shooters but this one is just weird. Like I literally die from insanely accurate bots. I basically spawned right in front of a bot and it shot me straight in the head. It was my second spawn so I could try and get my gear back where you literally only spawn with a pistol and no armor not even a single plate. There is 100% a balancing issue. This game is definitely broken for people just looking to play for free. Also pc players involved in a mobile app game is no good. Unless it’s MMORPG It should be strictly mobile. Pc players have all the power. Quite literally. Also I was thinking about buying in store purchases in the beginning but thank god I didn’t. It seems a nice chunk of players seem to buy items only to find them not in their inventory.??? Basically paid for nothing. And it’s seems the devs don’t do a thing about it or don’t bother reaching a resolution for these poor souls dumping money in a broken game. Which is a little nerving. I may play a couple more times but I’ll just play cod mobile instead and delete this from my existence.

Really play before you judge.
I see many players getting angry with this game before they have even played it long enough to learn how it works. There is a skill based building system that builds the more you play. The lore is actually very intriguing with the virus beating right in the back of every players mind. The ranked game mode is difficult when starting out, but once you get the right gear that fits your play style and maybe find players that you play well with then it becomes an absolute blast. It takes time to get into this game and that is no lie. It’s not call of duty just pick up and play for about 10 minutes, your looking at spending about 20 minutes each time at least when you sit down and play this game. This is all just the tip of the ice berg. Outfits, Player Based Market, PvE, Loot Building, Upgrading your Shelter, Preparation for the in game apocalypse, Crafting, and the list goes on. Give it a try, it’s not for everyone, but if it’s for you then you won’t be disappointed.

Unplayable the way it is now
For starters this game is full of weird bugs and server issues. The bugs aren’t a huge deal just annoying but the servers need to be addressed, I have 20ms ping in every other game I play that being warzone,vanguard and codm but in this game it’s at 40 - 50 which typically I wouldn’t mind since it’s still playable in most games but in this game it’s getting shot when I already went around the corner galore, it’s not something small either I go around the corner and eat full bullets for 3 - 4s after I’m already around the corner. Now for the actual pvp gameplay for one making this game tpp only and not at least adding a fpp or making it fpp only was a huge mistake it makes pvp just a cesspool of people hiding and watching you through Tpp until you come close enough and out into the open when they can come out pre firing before you can even react to do anything your legs are fractured so you can run away and you already took so many bullets there is literally nothing you can do. And now for grenades they one shot you even if you have full level 5 armor, I’ve had people spam 5 Grenades or more at me because they’re so strong they don’t need to use a actual weapon to fight me when they can kill me instantly with a grande

Amazing Game but Crashes
This game is really amazing. It’s super fun, the gunplay is enjoyable, and the looting aspect is both intense and exhilarating. One serious issue keeps being brought to my attention however, in the worst ways. With a game where you lose 95% of everything when you die, crashing needs to be practically nonexistent. But lately the game has crashed multiple times on my end and continues to do so, almost always mid fight so I end up losing millions of dollars worth of gear and loot. It’s frankly the worst part of the game. It really takes some of the enjoyment out of the game when I’m on a killing spree and stacking tons of money worth of loot and die because the game cuts out. I jump back in and either I was killed or downed. It’s sad to say that this is probably the reason I’ll stop playing when Arena Breakout comes out or just in general. It’s incredibly frustrating, but at least the gameplay is good.

So listen, this game isnt PERFECT, that being said, its also not worth 1-2 stars, its far better than that. I think the reason its getting negative reviews is due to the learning curve required to play and get started. However, once you do learn, this game is actually phenomenal. The only issues ive had is OCCASIONAL crashes, not frequent. Ive not experienced basically any other bugs personally and im on Iphone XR. Im asking all of you to PLEASE just give this game an actual chance. Dont read just the cover and give up. This game deserves a solid opportunity. Its a fantastic concept, its been executed well, and its a little niche in the mobile gaming community with there being no other game on mobile with mechanics like this one. I love it. With my xbox recently passing away, this has been my Go To for passing time. Ive recommended it to friends, and now im recommending it to everyone else in one of my first ever reviews. IOS player don’t waste you time
Starting out the game was really awesome. After the last update I have been kicked out of games more times than the entire time I played before. Losing everything, almost every game is not a fun experience. This problem seems to just keep happening. The devs done seem to care to much at this point so maybe they will when they realize fewer and fewer people are playing. I know personally I like to keep that in mind when considering other games by the same devs. Do what you wish, but you’ve been warned. Update: game has gotten worse than expected. Literally can’t seem to win a game. Obviously matchmaking is messed up. A game that you do nothing but die is not fun to spend time or money on.
Note: this game does “updates” during the busiest times. Its Sunday morning around 7:30 and I was just kicked out of a game due to “server maintenance” but yet others are still in game playing? This made me lose everything, and ruins your stats as a fail evac. Completely unfair, there was nothing stating server maintenance would happen? This is a huge issue on chats, they do not make it clear when maintenance will happen.

Okay, hear me out here
I’ve played lost light since it first came out and it’s been awesome! But lately the updates you guys have made are making things really hard and quite unfair. For example- I was in the middle of a big gunfight in BAF factory and just as the last guy jump peaked the corner my gun “over heated” and I lost 4 million in items
Now moving on, why can we no longer put dog tags in are secure bag? It’s quite unfair cause almost everyone has a dog tag in the secure bag to have an extra exfil if they don’t wanna risk fighting for the dog tag, and the last thing I wanna mention is that when the server wipes again can we PLEASE go back to the mercury and Jupiter cases, the dogs cost so much more and really have no purpose cause they just give away where ur hiding so people hide them in the UI.
