Lucid Hearing Hack 3.0.4 + Redeem Codes

I have had my hearing aids for over a year now. When I try to use the app, the right aid connects. The only way to get the left to connect is to open the battery compartment & close it again. Then suddenly the app can find it. Neither stays connected. I’ve been back to the clinician multiple times for help & adjustments. For awhile, I had the problem of my hearing aids shutting off & coming back on when I shut my car door, or bumped my head, or there was a loud noise. This, of course, causes you to lose connection with your phone. This last time, my clinician acted like he was familiar with the problem & made an adjustment that finally seems to have solved that problem. Maybe now they will stay connected?

Honestly until I tried lucid hearing aids I never knew how much I was missing out in life. So many sounds the world around you makes and I never knew because I couldn’t hear certain frequencies. I tried other cheap devices that anyone could buy and nothing came close to these. Honestly I can’t live without these now. For the first time in my life I don’t say “what” repeatedly when speaking to people and so feeling embarrassed because I still don’t hear what someone is saying to me. I can hear my child in the next room or if he yells out for me while I’m cooking. I highly recommend! I teared up when I first used this because I realized my life was quiet and lonely compared to all the sounds I was actually missing out on around me. I didn’t think my hearing was that bad. Quality is important with these. You get what you pay for. That’s why I got the highest one that was recommended for me.

I am 39 years-old with a genetic hearing impairment. I love my new hearing aids; they have opened up a completely new world for me. However, the Bluetooth connection on the app is disappointing. I use the app through my iPhone. It rarely stays connected to my hearing aids; especially when I really need it. I have had to delete the app and reload it, so I’m able to get them connected again. The Bluetooth is sometimes sketchy and causes only my right ear to connect. By this point I have completely given up on the app and I have only had my hearing aids for a week. I’m hoping improvements will be made, because when it’s working right the app is really helpful.

I have really been disappointed with the app for these hearing aids. Sometimes one works rarely both works and you have to reboot both of them to get them to start over again. When I’m connected to my Bluetooth in my car it jumps back-and-forth from being connected to the left ear only to Apple CarPlay then back to the one earpiece. If I’m on five minutes it will probably change five times. Hopefully the company will fix the bugs. The hearing aids are OK, the app… not do much. If you’re really dependent upon your hearing aids working properly with an app and Bluetooth I would probably look at another company.

I would not give this app three stars I would give it no stars. It does not work steadily when it is not working I do not have the use of my telephone. This app is useless it quits working, and I need to delete it and reinstall it. Sometimes I need to do that. Many times before it starts working again right now I’ve been. I have been working on it for two or three hours and I cannot get it to work based on my experience with this app I will never buy Sam’s Club hearing aids again. I am a 90 year old man who depends on my hearing aids. and telephone.

My iPhone SE works quite well with the app but the iPad cannot find the devices.I find that going to Settings on the phone and connecting is faster than going to the app first and trying to connect. Much work needs to be done on the app and Lucid needs to invest! I really like the Bluetooth connection when using Apple Maps or Waze.

I’ve had Lucid Hearing Aids since 2017, and worn hearing aids since 2009.. I love the Bluetooth System on my new hearing aids, but like all Bluetooth things, staying connected can be a little iffy at times. It seems like sometimes when apple has an update to the IOS, things get whacky but then the Ap is updated as well and things get better. Things have come a long way since I got my first hearing aids.

A few days after being connected, the connection broke. Called help. Reconnected. 2 days later, connection broke again. Tomorrow I will call help again to reconnect.
I was better off without this app. I was led to believe that it would be a big help. Instead, it is a big headache. I paid over $1700 for my heating aids. That’s lot of money. Promises were made and are now broken. This app has been a huge disappointment, and I will not recommend Lucid hearing aids or this worthless app to anyone.

I agree that the hearing aids work fine but the App for Bluetooth has lots of bugs that need to be worked out. Lucid needs to spend some time and money to get the app right. If you receive a phone call or try to listen to music the app changes all of your settings and disconnects from one aid then you have to take time to reset everything and probably reboot your aid to get it connected again. Very frustrating.

On my old iPhone 11 and my iPhone 13 upgrade the Lucid app is consistently inconsistent and must be uninstalled and reinstalled to get it to correct to both my left and right hearing aids at the same time. LucidShape is absolutely the worst in that it forgets my hearing aid settings and the baselines are displayed incorrectly, one of the hearing aids doesn’t display at all or one base line just flatlines. Either way, the Rest to Original button in LucidShape doesn’t work nor does uninstalling and reinstalling the app fix the problem.
