The Enhance Pro app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

• Enjoy optimization anywhere with online services: Request help with your hearing aid settings from your hearing care professional and receive new settings and software updates.

Jabra chargeable hearing aids from Costco.
I am new to wearing hearing aids. Adjustment to wearing them is easy. Self charging is a game changer—none of those tiny batteries. Costco testing, service after owning the aids is outstanding. And pricing makes it affordable. My husband has severe hearing loss. He has worn hearing aids for 10 years priced from $6,000 to the current $1,700 ones from Costco. His also recharge (he has a separate case he packs when traveling). His ENT doctor was totally in agreement with purchasing and servicing from Costco. Don’t wait. Take charge of your life and get hearing aids.

Connect ability switch to different iOS devices not good.
I recently got the Jabra Pro 10 hearing aids from Costco. The quality of the hearing aid is good. This app however leaves you wondering at times. You are supposed to be able to switch between say an iPhone and an iPad without turning off the Bluetooth on one to go to the other. This is bogus. I have new iOS devices.
Every once in a while the app will also just drop the connection from one of the hearing aids. Especially while steaming. This is frustrating if you’ve used Jabra Bluetooth headsets at work for years that seamlessly connect with no problems whatsoever.
I chose the Jabra hearing aid in part because of my positive experience with their earbuds and phone sets. The quality of the hearing aid integration with the app is not as refined.
Every once in a while the app will also just drop the connection from one of the hearing aids. Especially while steaming. This is frustrating if you’ve used Jabra Bluetooth headsets at work for years that seamlessly connect with no problems whatsoever.

Wonderful option
I tried the expensive aids twice !
Jabra aids are superior regarding quality and ease of use for 1/5th the rice. It's especially convenient to have the ability of making adjustments without making appointments and traveling to an office.
The phone/video consultations were easy and very helpful!
I'm grateful that this OTC choice of hearing aid is available to everyone...no RX needed. The hearing test is done online and Jabra follows up on it by phone very quickly!

Nice to hear
Finally I love my hearing aids. Found a technician that understands settings on these high tech aids. Can now use them and enjoying them. I have severe hearing loss and it is hard for the techs to make them work for me. The regular computer suggested settings do not work at all. Have to think totally outside of the box to set them.

Useless, apple settings works better
The only thing this app does is make you restart your hearing aids in order to use it and the settings for hearing devices within Apple‘s settings does everything this app does already and you don’t have to restart your hearing aids to get the different modes to work. Some people will say well you can’t get favorites from Apple settings but any favorites you happen to create with the app disappear as soon as an update comes out so you start from scratch anyway. Save yourself the hassle of having to restart your hearing aids a second time do use this app and just use Apple settings.

Bluetooth connectivity
Using this app with my iPhone is great, only issue is when I leave my phone inside and go outside and return back inside, Bluetooth has disconnected from my hearing aids and the only way to reconnect is take them off, put them in the charger and put them back on. If I lose connection when I’m out without access to my charger how do I reconnect them? Tried turning off Bluetooth and back on doesn’t work, I don’t see a reconnect option in this app.

Hearing aids
I love this app. Before I got these I had to use speakerphone when talking on my cell phone. Everybody could hear my conversation quite clearly including my spouse. With this app I can hear clearly and nobody else has the other person talking all they hear is what I’m saying. If I want to let the other person in on the conversation I can turn it off as well. This is a wonderful app and I recommend it to all Hearing Aid uses.

Acoustic problem
The sound quality of these hearing aids is not good. I can only wear them in specific situation. Being in a large group, listening to the television as well as other situations, I am better off taking them out. They were the best on the one on one conversation. I do not find adjusting that background to be very helpful. But they are better than nothing and this is what I tell people when they ask me

Great when it works
But it rarely works. If it connects at all, it is slow. Will not allow iWatch to function if app is in the background. In the background on the iPhone, all connections are lost. A love-hate relationship. Love the hearing aids. Hate the disappointing app. The app designers are failing a potentially good product and mis-representing the functionality. Please work on it!

I can hear….but only when the app wants to cooperate
It’s great to finally hear! However, the app is not the best. It will turn all the way down randomly and on it’s own. I regularly have to open the app to turn the volume up. I just got a new phone and updated app. The problem has happened on both. Does this happen to others? Did I get a bad set of hearing aids?
