Just because I have insurance doesn’t mean I can get an appointment when I need to see a doctor. When I’m sick, I want to be treated day not in three weeks. Sitting in an urgent care facility or clinic is not how I prefer to spend my day not to mention I know what’s wrong with me, what’s wrong with the person sitting next to me. I tried on call and found the lyric doctor returned my call within 30 minutes, discussed with me my symptoms and issues and prescribed me the same medication. I would’ve gotten at the local clinic. At the pharmacy of my choice. The only cost I had was my monthly membership fee. And the cost of the prescription. I saved over $200 in co-pay deductible on this one visit. I will continue to use this. For the unforeseen future, as I do not believe that appointments locally I’m not gonna become more readily available. I’m a member to stay.

Lyric was offered as a service through my company. I got signed up and had a very helpful Primary Care appointment last week.
The Physician gave some great insight and helped me find a starting place for some long term heart issues I have been having. He ordered some lab tests for me and referred me to this great cardiologist in my area.
I went to the cardiologist and got a lot figured out! This is a great new asset to have before you rush off to the doctor. Significantly cheaper and easier than leaving the house.

Tech: Bugs get patched really fast
Customer Support: excellent service, native English speakers, very smart and helpful.

So far I have used this app for myself and my son. There was a minor glitch in the video call, but when the doctor called back it was fine. I was able to get the prescriptions I needed and overall had a great experience. Would recommend.

Great Service! Quick response time, easy to use.

App request what pharmacy you’d like to use but the ui is bugged and won’t display any locations. as such, you can’t continue to schedule the virtual consultation. One bug renders the whole app useless. I’m deleting the app.

Try to click on speak to a specialist and it give me a blank screen. Is this a known issue and being fixed?
