Not a big fan
It helps in a way when I need my ID cards, but still I’m spending more time on the phone with insurance places just to get the information I need. Usually the I’d cards have my member and group numbers, well there important information on the back of said cards that I can’t access on the app so I have to constantly call and get it.
Plus looking up doctors/therapists in my area has gone away. I can’t look up family counseling that I desperately need. I used to be able to, now it’s gone since the last update

Very buggy
This app is extremely buggy. It’s frustrating that it automatically rotates to horizontal, when it honestly works better being vertical. You should allow us to download a pdf instead of a poor screenshot of our plan. Every time I download it blocks the boomy health and phcs portion of our id.

Outstanding!
This multi-function app has surpassed all of my expectations. From being able to use the digital ID card at doctors offices to searching for lower price RX in my area to my favorite of all 4 pieces of the app is $0 copay telemedicine avail 24/7 through my employer's plan. Absolutely and indubitably invaluable!

Doesn’t work
App worked for about a week. Then it stopped. Shows a black screen every time I open the app. Tried reloading it. Doesn’t help.

Personal Info Is Not HIPAA-Protected
Nowhere in the documentation is it mentioned that the app of the data collectors are HIPAA compliant. I would mot trust my information with any entity without full disclosure of strict compliance and the regulatory authority to which it must be accountable.
