To win a round in the classic layout all you have to do is remove all three peaks (or pyramids) of cards by matching cards that are one higher or lower than your current deck card. You don't need to match them by their suits. If you can't make a move, simply turn over a card from the deck. Win as many rounds as you can to get the highest score. Different levels present slightly different challenges each designed to delight you.

Magic Towers
For several years it was a great place to go just to do nothing and chill. And at the same time having a little mind game. It has been absolutely perfect for several years, but now it constantly interrupts my game with ads for other games, and it makes it very hard to get back on my MagicTowers. I don’t want any other game! I’ve got Magic towers and that’s what I like to play. I’m 73 years old and it’s my speed. It should not be all about $$$ all the time……….. …….Continued….. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE GOOD RELAXING TIME YOU HAVE GIVEN ME. This has helped me with keeping my mind working and thru a lot of unhappy stressful times. Thank you. Lily Smith

Lost Me As A Customer
Tried giving this a one star but it automatically does 5 stars no matter which end star you select. Seriously???? I've been using the Magic Towers app for a very long time, & I've never had an issue, however, I've just deleted it from both of my devices. Since the most recent upgrade, an ad is now played after EVERY round, which is clearly overkill in my opinion. I'm not opposed to ads per say, but you can't even complete a full game anymore w/out being subject to continuous interruptions. I wouldn't be surprised if you lose a lot of customers because of this.

I love this game
I’ve been playing this game for years, longer than any other phone game. It’s the first game I download when I get new phone. I love that it can be played on airplane mode. I’ve played this for countless hours on airplanes, in waiting rooms, etc. This is the first game I recommend anytime someone is looking for something to do on their phone.

Magic Fading
This game is fun - great fun - but the older version was better : more responsive, faster, points accumulation was about scoring not fancy graphics, easier to read/ID cards, just quicker all around. But I bought a license because it’s just a fantastic game. Wish the new version saved the top scores instead of erasing them weekly, very annoying. Game freezes in iOS 16.6, forces phone restart.

Used to work
Game has not worked properly for a long time. Score just keeps going up whether you win or lose until you make a top ten score. This problem persists through updates, so I guess they really don't want to fix it. The play of the game is fine, but playing a game when you really cannot lose is not as interesting. Makes my earlier legit score over a million look pretty lame though it was a great achievement at the time!

The best
Been playing this game for years. Love to try to beat my last high score. The cards are random but winnable. Took me years to finally score over 2 million points. Purchase price is fair and worth it.

This is the same board every round, but I never lose interest .
You will have two identical numbers to play on the row, but if you pick the wrong one you lose the game. It is a game of chance . Glad I found this one

Ruined the Game
Using the cumulative score concept instead of resetting the score when the game is over has destroyed the idea of a high game. Put it back to the way it was where high scores and were based upon a single game.

Very good time waster
This has become my favorite way to waste time. The graphic are nice. I only wish there was a way to keep track of how many game I've played. Example I just got to 19 games was that the highest number I've gotten? No way to tell and I like to best my last game. I do recommend this game.
