Love most things about this game but you guys need to step it up over there. There are a few basic things that are terrible. The messages that keep telling you that you are about to lose that prevent you from playing for like half or more of the time you had to try. The fact that there is no tutorial page that tells you what symbols go together. I still don't know past the first round flowers because I'm afraid to try matching random ones. You only get 2 try's & round over! The snowballs are out of control. Has anyone in charge actually played the game ever? Even as the one winning it just give you waaay too strong of an advantage. If they were half of the number of snowball a maybe. It would be amazing to have a single player or practice mode because of the snowballs it's impossible to be a new player learning you get crushed. You guys have a great game on your hands though thank you!

I love this game and am totally addicted, however, there are some frustrating aspects... The message that comes across the screen blocks you from making moves, these messages relate to the other player being done and you have 45 seconds to beat their score, the message cuts that time to about 30 seconds. The other message that pops up alerting you that you are way ahead also prevents you from finishing the board for a few seconds. Lately, I have not been able to watch videos to earn diamonds either...I guess they want you to spend more money. Sometimes the game freezes which is super frustrating...that's why I gave it a 4 instead of 5.

Love the actual game, but there are a couple of major flaws with the game:
1) When you barely beat your opponent (like by 1 point), the game says you’ve won, but it actually awards the points and record the win for your opponent. This has happened to me multiple times and I have screenshots to prove it. Granted, I have benefitted from this glitch myself, at times, but it’s still a major problem. If you are able to beat someone — even if only by a point — you should get the credit. Period.
2) For whatever reason, the sound just cuts out on this game. It’s not my device because it happened on another device, too. My sound will be on for a game or two and then the next game there’s no sound. VERY ANNOYING. I usually end up restarting the game, but after a couple of times, I just quit playing. Please fix these issues!

It seems to me like the ice shots are way too easy for other players to get. There have been a lot of games where it seems like they are sending an ice shot way too fast to be possible, like every two seconds, which isn't possible if their Gage's are emptying after every shot like mine do.

In addition, when someone hits the done button, it's impossible to move for a while, because the message covers part of the board, and thus blocks moves, taking up 10-20 seconds of your 45 second limit t out score your opponent.

It's almost like its programmed to ensure that the only way to win is to have a lot of diamonds, which means spending a lot of money.

I really enjoy this game except for the quirks! Almost daily, I suffer from “connection failures” that I believe are the games issues. My internet connection is fairly strong since I recently upgraded it. I know that the occasional internet interruptions occur but this happens way too much. I’d give it a 5-star rating but for this irritating quirk.

I also have the game interrupted by “internet connection failed” when in fact i have a strong internet connection. It takes me out of the game and i lose coins. I also see the game of mahjong as one of skill and strategy not speed. I despise the snowball feature. The game without it would still be about who can finish the game first. Many times i have one move left and get frozen out and lose. If i could find another mahjong game online i would switch. Still looking.

Last week was the second time that I have upgraded Mahjong and it has started me back down at the beginning! Last week I bought coins for $2.99, the next day It showed an upgrade was available so I did only for it to not only start me once more at level 1 but I only had 150 coins and lost what I had purchased. the first time it did that I was at level 8, this last time I was back to level 7. So basically it took my money‼️😡

The updates are awful. There are too many ads. When you swipe be careful because you will open a game by mistake. I did this twice and lost 20,000 points to which no return was fixed. The format is not as good as the old one, and to earn extra points the ads are to long and infrequent. I’m done after losing 20,000 points for no reason. Fix it as this version is awful!!!!!!! Not to mention the slowness of the connection. Hate to tell you it is yours As I have no problem on any other game or app. Time to start over.

I love the game. But. The messages that pop up. Do take away the ability to keep playing by a few seconds. Which is crucial to game play. Also, the matching up with a partner to play with is not always a fair match. If the person is way ahead of you in level. Then your doomed no matter, So it becomes a waste of constant to play.

I have played this game for years because I truly enjoyed it. But, due to the changes that include annoying ads after every game, I am deleting the game. I really enjoyed the challenge. Sure wish you did not go this route. Sigh...
