What a rubbish app. I paid for yearly subscription by creating and registering with an account. I am not able to login neither I am able to get a response from the management after sending 2 emails back to back for a refund. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MANHATTAN GMAT !!’

Great Content. But VERY Buggy
Like very very basic bugs (like screen rotation) with the pop up text showing up cut off in the wrong orientation (portrait vs landscape). Half the time the pop up questions show up off-screen, and I’ve only been using this app for 2 minutes.

Lots of formatting bugs: questions too small to read, typos, missing punctuation, missing indents (tough to know what paragraph 2 is if there’s no paragraphs).
Also, some of the verbal questions are poorly written which makes studying inefficient.

Can't even login, switching to Veritas Prep
Absolute garbage, use Veritas Prep instead... just downloaded this app on IOS 10.3.3 and it doesn't even let me login... doesn't recognize my password and when I click the button to reset, I get an error message that it can't reset my password... I reset it via web browser and app still doesn't let me login... FAIL!!!

Too expensive for the quality
UX/UI is terrible, visual bugs everywhere, non-intuitive question formatting when images or text passages are included, TYPOS in the text passages. This is a poor excuse for an app in 2023, even more so considering how much you need to pay per month for access. Overall awful.

Difficult to use
Super difficult to use the app. There is a bug where I can’t toggle to review answer and I can’t submit a help request unless I setup mail even though I have an email tied to my account. I’d much prefer to study on here than a book, but this doesn’t make it easy at all.

This app has the potential of being great. I love that it gives you a targeted number of cards to hit per day. Some of the math ones can be very hard doing in your hands/head without paper, but otherwise I like it
The biggest thing this app is missing is stats. I’m talking tracking how many cards you did per day, how many wrong/right per day, what areas you commonly get wrong/right, etc.
There is absolutely *no* reason why this cannot be tracked, and also used by MPREP to enhance training while you use this app. For that, I give this app 1/5.

Can’t log in
Reset my password 6 times and app still won’t even let me log in! Tried to log in for the past 3.5 weeks. Paid all this money for their program and they can’t even let me access it....
