We added confirmation toasts! After you complete an action, you'll get a visual "confirmation toast" letting you know what happened (i.e.– Your recipe has been shared to the feed).
We also added confirmation toasts to Swipe Mode; you'll see icons appear as you swipe. Swipe Left = not for me. Swipe Up = adds the recipe to your cookbook. Swipe Right = this looks yummy (similar to liking a post).

This is exactly what I needed
I used to be a hopeless 27 year old man child who couldn’t tell you how to boil pasta. Then, Manna Cooking App came out. I’m still exactly the same, but now I won’t have to tell you — it’s in the app. Jokes aside, this is exactly as advertised, a quick and easy way to get the recipe you want without improving your speed reading skills. Save your faves in the cookbook, check out new tasty food, at least now I know I really am the only thing standing in my own way.

Amazing platform without the life story!
I love how this app simplifies the process of sharing recipes without the long life stories of bloggers and influencers. It’s a place where networks and friends can share and search great recipes, and even though it’s still a work in progress, the team is super transparent about their progress and take user feedback heavily into account. It’s great to feel like my voice matters and the Manna team definitely makes it’s users feel heard. Download and contribute your recipes and voice!

This app is an absolute life saver during quarantine and in general for anyone looking for creative, delicious recipes and new ways to spice up their eating routine! The interface is incredibly simple and sleek, and is filled with thousands of amazing, gourmet recipes! I’ve been using it to come up with new, healthy recipes to cook for my friends and they’re all blown away by my new skills. 10/10 love this app!

Good start
I can’t figure out how to connect fig to my manna account. It’s an interesting idea though. Also, my main concern is calories and I don’t see any options to select for that. Fig didn’t leave much space for that either, I could only select to leave out high calorie ingredients, like oil. But there’s a lot of different oils and you have to choose each one. I tend to select a whole food plant based diet, as that eliminates oil usually, and that allows for a high volume low calorie approach. Changes in that direction would be awesome!

Game changer
This app is a blast - it makes finding the best recipes fun and simple. It exposes you to so many recipes and you can easily swipe to save them. The best part is being able to edit recipes and upload your own. I’m a vegan and I was able to type in all my preferences. Can’t wait to add all my favorite recipes. Worth the download, and easy to navigate.

A fun new way to find and share recipes
I really love how fun and social Manna makes discovering and sharing recipes! I love that I can save recipes for later and find them easily but also get inspired from my feed when I have no idea what to cook. It’s really great to see what everyone is making!

Such a breath of fresh air
I’m not usually the kind of person that really follows recipes I mostly look online for inspiration but it’s such a pain sifting through all the ephemera characteristic of online recipes. Manna is so streamlined and engaging it makes it so much easier to find inspiration for recipes which you can then tweak to suit your own tastes. 10/10 would recommend.

JUST WHAT I NEEDED
Manna makes it so much easier to discover and search for recipes instead of just saving them to my notes app or taking screenshots of recipes online!! I love seeing people responding to recipes I made and trying it out for themselves. No one else combines cooking and social media- I LOVE IT

So seamless and fun
This app is a great way to see delicious food and it’s so much more fun than other food apps! You can see people’s comments and likes. It reminds me of tinder for food which is awesome because I’m in a relationship therefore don’t use tinder but now I can feel like I sort of can but for swiping food!!!

I love how smart, modular, unique and fun this app is to use. I’m always learning to be a better cook and this app helps so much. I’ve never been able to customize recipes before, and now I can. Plus Swipe Mode and the Scanner and genius!!!
