I absolutely love Martins Pharmacy! The pharmacist and the clerks are extremely kind, and helpful! They all are willing to help and provide any assistance! I ended up moving thirty minutes away from the Eldersburg location and still keep them as my pharmacy. They know who I am and always makes sure that they are in stock of what I need (unless some issue with medicine shortages that are going on right now). I will keep them as long as I can regardless of location. I highly recommend the Eldersburg location!

Convenient and easy to use
The app saves me time from having to call an automated system and go through the prompts with a robot to request a refill and if you have to refill more than one it takes a while. I love that Martin’s is convenient and friendly and I love the app!

Pharmacy at North Pointe
The staff at the pharmacy at the North Pointe location is always willing to talk to make sure I understand what medication I am receiving. They have always been quick to refill a prescription while I shop. They are also very friendly. I enjoy picking up my prescriptions.

This app makes it so easy to handle mine and my families prescriptions. Can refill quickly, choose a pickup time, add multiple people under one account. No more waiting in line just to see if refills are available

Ease of Transfer
I had a lot of issues with another pharmacy and decided to transfer to Martins Pharmacy. It was so very easy to do the transfer and the pharmacist is so very polite. I am very grateful for the quick response I received during the transfer from Martins.

Martin’s Rx
This was my first use of the Martins Rx app to refill a prescription(s). It was super easy to use & much quicker than using the phone for refills, which I always used previously. No issues at all in locating my local Martin’s pharmacy.

Super easy to refill my prescriptions. Keeps them all there for me to see. Refill request right through the app. Plus, can see how many refills are left. Saves so much time.

Old prescriptions
It would be nice if it was possible on your app to get rid of old prescriptions or prescriptions that have been changed by the doctor. It’s starting to become very clustered with different prescriptions. Thank you
