Massage Heights Hack 5.7.7 + Redeem Codes

I’ve been a. Massage Heights customer for several years now, and I pay a monthly membership. After each massage I pay (with my credit card on file) for any amount that isn’t covered by my membership credits and then schedule my next massage. I’m never asked to pre-pay for the next appointment.

I downloaded the app and tried to use it to change my next appointment, because I had a scheduling conflict. I was able to cancel the existing appointment, but I on trying to schedule the new date and time I was prompted to enter my credit card details. This didn’t make sense to me because the app said I had enough credits to cover the appointment, plus Massage Heights already has a credit card ‘on file’ for me and I’ve never had to pre-pay before. I feel my credit card is safer from being compromised the les#i have to give the details, so it just seems dumb for the app to require credit and details to change my appointment.

If you sign up in a location this app won’t connect to your account. You have to download this app and create an account here, then tell your location what your account is. I signed up in-store and now nothing connects so I cannot order anything through the app or I’ll pay full price without any member benefits.

I tried to contact them to fix this, but they don’t have customer service. They tell me to visit a local branch, but the local branch doesn’t have access to the app database because the kids who work there aren’t app database experts.

So now I have an account I can’t use and an app I can’t use, and it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet as a customer. I’m quitting and deleting the app since this company is disorganized and the onboarding experience as a customer was horrible.

Helpful app, tho I wish you could more easily alter location to see if the desired service was available at a better time. Currently, you must select your location first.

Once you start trying to book an appointment there is no way to go back to the main menu. You have to swipe the app closed. Very poor interface

One of a few reasons I’ll be dropping my membership.

If your card on file has expired, you cannot:
- Delete it to replace it with a new card
- Edit it to change the expiration date/ CVV
- Add the new version of the card with the revised expiration date as a new payment method because “the card already exists in the account.”

You are making it impossible for me to pay you.

The good news is they are finally listening! Before this last update, it was nearly impossible to book an appointment with the therapist you wanted unless it was same-day because the app wouldn’t let you choose said therapist if they weren’t working on that day. That’s been fixed but now they took away the ability for you to see your account and how many services and elevations you have available. For people like me who are trying to catch up, this is a step backwards as I can’t see what I’ve paid for now. For the future make decisions with forward moving purpose. Strive to be better and recognize what you’re doing well and leave well alone.

One expected feature that is oddly absent from both the app and the website account is the ability to see a running total of your membership credits, when they accumulated and when they were used. Also, basic things just like receipts for services or membership dues - nowhere to be found.

Also the app is kind of slow and clunky for scheduling appointments. The UI in general is not very intuitive and there are useless features instead of useful ones.

I’m getting really tired of companies that change everything to rebrand or relogo stuff every couple of months, and then need to rebuild apps, websites, issue new cards, etc. It’s a pain for the customers. I only book through the app, and now since they’ve redone the logo to an ugly squid looking thing, it freezes up my (new, fully updated) phone, and is unusable. Before this change, the app was great. The only thing I didn't like is that it wouldn’t tell you who your past appointments were with, which is a nice feature to have if you get someone new and want to remember or rebook with them. Maybe this newer version does that, but I’ll never know, bc it doesn’t work at all.

I am so thankful Massage Heights has taken the time to up their game and created an app to book appointments 😊 I can sit at work, on my ride to into town or anywhere and book an appointment. I can request my favorite therapist and find out exactly what is open to fit my schedule without having to call.

I loved the older version of the app - it worked perfectly for me to schedule appts, etc. Since last week’s release, the app is completely unusable. I get just the spinning loading icon, and am not able to access anything. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling 3x, but nothing changes. There is no way to contact support on the app, it just takes you to a page to contact your local retreat - but they can’t resolve this issue. Please fix :-)
