Amazing experience with my Doctor!
Dr Ashley rizzutto is amazing, caring, loving, cares fully about you, listen to you & concerns engage in conversation with you, laughs with you and also gives you every detail throughout your baby ultrasound. Does every procedure including your Pap smear she does it so gentle that you feel nothing! It’s great!! She has such a beautiful big smile and keeps smiling throughout your appointment with her. Makes you feel very comfortable and loved!
Dr Ashley also becomes your friend right when you meet her in your appointment. Very easy to talk to and she’s funny too! She has a beautiful sweet personality as well! I highly recommend Ashley rizzutto to be your beautiful best doctor 100%! You’ll have no regrets at all! Love my sweet Doctor!♥️

Kelsey Seybold Review
I’ve been going to Kelsey Seybold since Kelsey came here in the first of the century so it’s over 22 years. I doubt that I will ever go anywhere else in the future. I feel so cared for and don’t have to wait forever in the waiting room. Well once in a while, I might have to wait over 15 minutes but not usually and I love all the doctors that I’ve met my most special, Dr. Victor Simms I know he’s not seeing new patients anymore but if he quit, I think I probably will quit Kelsey Seybold even though I know there are other doctors that cares for you like he cares for my husband and I.

Kelsey IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO OR SHOULD BE! What happened?
In the past Kelsey was the ideal place to go however now it is not uncommon to wait up to 30 minutes or more when trying to schedule an appointment and then being told I will transfer you and the wait begins again. Then most often it is necessary to leave a message and receive a call back which will likely happen the next day. Additionally on the electronic medical record all appointments scheduled are not displayed, only some and it is the same with testing. Only some are displayed. The staff are world class and work very hard however they have begun to complain about Kelsey also. I’ve discussed this with Dr. Hoyle the chief executive for a few years in a row and what has happened is that it has gone from bad to worse!! DONT CHOOSE KELSEY SEYBOLD UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!!

One recommended improvement: need to have a search by provider/ physician name.
Also: some Doctors do not seem to allow to get an appointment online even in presence of a referral.
Ideally, the suggested improvement could avoid frustrations when trying to get an appointment with a specialist we are referred to, and having to systematically revert to Google or Zocdoc to find the coordinates to call.
Otherwise, the app design is PERFECT! I am just suggesting an additional improvement here!

It has been a long time that I always have to wait for at least 30 minutes to see my family doctor until I started with Kelsey Care Advantage. The service was fast and efficient! It’s very convenient that I don’t have to make many trips back and forth between doctor visits and lab tests/ vaccinations- just one stop shop!
What I like the most is I can use the app to see my test results and chat with my doctors.

Website upgrade
A few things could be added to make the site a bit more user friendly. The opening page photo needs to be changed. There are 2 message “folder” icons that are confusing. Keep the user interface clean and simple. Give us an opportunity to delete old messages and doctors that we may have used only once. Thank you
BTW the phone system could use an upgrade as well. On hold we listen to many announcements that really don’t benefit us that much. Actually it’s very annoying. Thank you.

I do NOT enjoy using the MyKelsey that has made the MyChart app I have been using for years unworkable.
I liked the fact that I had all of my medical data—from every doctor—in one place.
You have now stripped MyChart of some of my most-used features (messages??), and forced me to use MyKelsey instead. But MyKelsey is full of all sorts of “stuff” that I never have used and never will, e.g., insurance claims, billing, etc. I have to weed through all the useless stuff in order to find what I do need.
At present, you have me completely stymied: last Friday I had labs run for my nephrologist. On Saturday morning, I received an email advising that I had new test results available on MyKelsey. But there were no new results on *either* MyChart or MyKelsey….nor have they appeared yet. I have however received yet another notification of their (nonexistent) availability on MyChart. Instead, the most recent posting continues to be the labs run for Dr Timmons in April.
What are you doing????

I’m so glad that all my doctors have all my records on the same computer system and I don’t have to carry copies of lab work, radiology studies and doctor notes to each doctor. Now, each provider knows what all the other providers are doing, or not doing. Saves so much time and money.
I appreciate being able to read each doctor’s notes so that an occasional error might be resolved quickly and easily.
All my doctors are very personable, act genuinely glad to see me and work diligently to resolve problems that have occurred since my last visit.
Lab personnel are wonderful as are the radiology people. Yea! We talk about what has been ordered and they keep me informed about what to expect. I feel like a guest each time I go in.

Video Apppointment
Completed a request for a video apt. Around 2:30 pm, did not receive a text or message or request for day or block of time for a call. Unfortunately, a message is sent via my Kelsey, not my apple phone, that a Drs. Apt. Was scheduled at 8:20 pm, almost 6 hours after I requested apt., literally that evening. Absolutely irresponsible of Kelsey to not notify me by the method I choose, apple phone, charge me for a visit that never happened.
Next day, I’m forced to pay ANOTHER co-pay, $25, and the connection was faulty on Kelsey’s site. Second failed Dr’s. Apt.
Will call the office to address these issues, but concerned of the lack of communication and faulty technology from a provider I happen to think extremely highly of.

I now have NO problem using the app!!! It is SOOOOO nice to not have the extreme frustration I was encountering just trying to use the app!!! THANK YOU! Thank you because I am not forced to call to book/make changes!!! Was considering going to another medical group, which would have devastated me!! I have been w/Kelsey Seybold since ~1975. I so appreciate being back to having my KelseyCare working!!! You all are THE best!!!
