Great News! We've made a big update to the Mood Tracker to make it the perfect tool for building emotional mastery!
-There are now 8 moods to choose from (double what we had before) because life has many moods
-Each mood has updated questions to help you dig deeper into your emotional state so that you can better understand what you are feeling and make adjustments if needed
-We've added a new colorful "pie" chart in the calendar section that makes it easy to see at a glance how you've been feeling on any day, week, or month
We also fixed a bug that was causing the app to crash when trying to download Upspirations. Sorry for the inconvenience. Now you can go back to downloading your favorites and learning how you can apply them to your life.
We've also made it easier to edit your Gratitude entries and put them on beautiful backgrounds before sharing them with friends or family. It's a beautiful way to make someone's day!
We hope you enjoy using the app and pursuing your mindfulness mastery. Because we know mastery takes time and involves evolution, we are continually evolving the app and have many new features we will be rolling out in the coming months.
