Incredible platform
There is a bug in the IOS app that occurs when attempting to watch content in Picture in Picture view. Once the screen is minimized it disappears leaving only audio playing. If I return to the app it doesn’t show that I’m watching anything yet the audio is still playing. If I click on the same content again it reloads playing both the audio from the previously minimized content and the newly reloaded content.
Overall I love the platform I look forward to seeing it grow and hope to be able to contribute to it through my subscription for a long time.

Needs to adjust and grow
Since a lot of the website is educational material, consider adding a 2x, 3x speed feature!
Also, some lighthearted content that isn’t rabidly political, but has the backbone philosophy, would be AMAZING. A socialist kids’ program? A socialist cooking class at a commune? Social Ecologist home renovations into local and bountiful plant life? Meditation courses/shows? Cartoons (or perhaps just dubbed/panned comics) about a socialist utopian future?
And something similar to what you have now: Perhaps consider adding a book review series that summarizes critical books on theory. Casuals and militants would both appreciate easy and approachable information

I’m a fan so far, but one thing....
I wish there were subtitles for everything! Or at least most things. I’m sure you guys are going to work on that, and I personally just enjoy subtitles for myself, but I hope you guys can get subtitles going for people who truly do need them more than I do

Was super glad to hear about you all through a small(ish…) short video app, and I’ve been hooked since. Great content, Great app, (It’s easy to use, nice simple design, love the community area.) and a Great business model. Love what you all are doing. Keep up the good work.

Good Content, Room for App Improvement
So far I’m enjoying most of the content I’ve watched. I’d really like the app (and the site) to remember my position in the video and my episode progress like Netflix.

Loving the free content.... but
I dunno if it’s a glitch with this version or if I’m the only one having an issue. I tried to subscribe to get all the content provided and the subscription butting doesn’t work. :(

Good content, bad bugs
Not sure if this is a reskin of a templated app since Means uses a streaming platform — but the PiP bug is awful and iOS 14 has been out long enough for this to be addressed by now. Otherwise, kudos! Hope Sam Knight gets back from that cigarette run 😋
