Fantastic Experience - Highly Recommend!
The team at Medefy is wonderful. My husband recently suffered a stroke, and navigating the situation has been really difficult. The Medefy team is a bright shining North Star in ensuring my husband gets the in-network, best care that he needs. Terri and Janessa were immediately responsive and available at all hours to research clinics and physicians, schedule appointments and answer my insurance and medical plan questions. I’m so grateful for this app and team - the relief that my hubby has the best care and I won’t be getting billed thousands upon thousands of dollars is indescribable. Thank you!

Excellent Care Guides and App Customer Support
Saved so much time using this app! Care Guides Janessa and Ria answered my questions regarding medical service coverage and finding an in-network physician thru the chat very quickly.
I also had an technical issue with the chat function, I was able to contact Customer Support thru the app and received an email same day from Josh B. who took care of the issue by the next day.

Using the chat resources on this app we’re so helpful for me! I always got a reply within 5 minutes and they took care of things for me that would’ve otherwise taken a lot longer if I was trying to complete them myself. I definitely recommend using this resource if you are needing medical help and all of the communication that comes with that!

Saves money and time
This app helps me get to the doctors and the services I need for my chronic disease. It’s a headache to deal with all the insurance stuff that goes along with managing a chronic disease. Medefy has a friendly person that I can text, tell them what my doctor said, and then they get my referral sent to a doctor that I can afford! They know who is in my network and what my insurance covers and doesn’t cover. I’m so glad Medefy takes away the headache that insurance causes!

Extremely Helpful
I always appreciate the quick response in the Medefy App. Today I worked with Ria. She quickly answered my questions and clarified for me when needed. I love that I can get the answers I need in a prompt manner. It is extremely helpful to have clarification at my fingertips for my daughter’s therapies and claims.

User Friendly and Convenient
This app is super efficient and you can easily access everything you need. The interface is user friendly and they even have a digital wallet for all your cards. The reps are friendly and helpful too. Ria was amazing when I chatted with her.

Love this app!! It is awesome to be able to see my benefits easily and to ask any questions I may have with the chat feature. The representatives are all so friendly & super helpful!!! They even check on me after any test or procedure to make sure everything went well!!!!

The best app for managing health care benefits!
This is the most helpful app for scheduling and keeping track of covered services. And most importantly, Devan is always available and ready to help when I have a question or need to schedule an appointment. I wish all my health care needs were managed through this app!

Saves time and money
Ive used the Medefy app multiple times and everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely helpful and quick to get me the info I need. Plus it has saved me so much money! A huge thanks to Chad for getting everything squared away for my daughter’s procedure. Will continue to use!!

So helpful!!
Overall, this app works so well! I have used it many times to find in network doctors and narrow my search down! They are always super friendly, Devan helped me tonight and did a fantastic job! The only complaint is that sometimes the locations of recommendations aren’t accurate, but that’s very minor and can be worked around!
