New In-App Account Registration Process: Members will now enjoy a streamlined, simple, and secure process for setting up their CareATC Patient Portal Accounts directly in the mobile app. And if you ever forget your login information, you'll be able to recover your credentials easily and securely through the app as well.
Virtual Visit Scheduling: Patients can now schedule virtual visits through the mobile app with their CareATC provider! Telephone visits, as well as video-based visits through Zoom can now be scheduled easily through the app. And now joining your Zoom visit is even easier with the new Join Visit button in Patient Dashboard for all video-based appointments.
Add To Calendar: Adding appointments to your device's default calendar is now even easier! Just tap the Add to Calendar button below your appointment in Patient Dashboard to save your appointment details to your favorite calendar. And now, if you haven't already granted us access to your calendar, we'll ask again each time you tap the Add to Calendar button before proceeding. Also, if you're adding a Zoom-based appointment to your calendar, your Zoom Meeting details will now be included as well!
Personal Health Assessment Results: After completing your Personal Health Assessment, you'll be able to download your personalized PHA Results Booklet in addition to viewing your results through the mobile app. This booklet contains an overview of your results and explains what they mean. Cannot export health assessment report booklet
This review comes after MULTIPLE attempts to resolve the issue with CareATC. Health assessment results are sent in the form of a short summary booklet. Even on the website, this is all you can access. However, from the app, the entire booklet, including multiple years of history, is available as a PDF. The one-star rating for this app is a result of not being able to print, text, save, email, or otherwise export said PDF. All you can do is view it. And no support on the company website. Extremely disappointed that I cannot share this information with my doctor. I have brought this to the attention of CareATC with no results.
Follow up: the latest version seems to have resolved the issue. I can now export the PDF. Changing rating from one star to four for improved functionality. Took two months to resolve.

So frustrating
The only thing I like about the app is being able to see past records. Other than that it’s just frustrating. It’s impossible to make an appointment. If I choose, “I’m not feeling well” there are NEVER appointments available. If I choose “Follow up” there are appointments at least a week out. My son was sick this week so I tried to make an appointment. I made one a week out and figured if he wasn’t still sick I could cancel it. I kept checking back hoping someone would cancel and I could get him in. After 4 days of fever I finally called the clinic directly to ask them to call me if someone cancels and I got the response- of course we have appointments available! What’s the point of the app if you can’t make appointments on it? The only real way to get an appointment closer than a week out is to call the clinic directly or go in person and say you need an appointment. If you call the toll free number to try to schedule you get exactly what’s on the app, and they just say, “go find another doctor.” If it weren’t for the medical records, I’d delete the app completely. From now on I’ll just call the clinic directly and give the poor nurses even more work since it’s the only way to make an appointment.

Works well, but the appointment setup has stopped working
Generally the app works well. I like how you can pick the specific doctor you want to see and where and such. You can view test results easily. But i’m now struggling with the appointment setup- it won’t show any appointment availability or change dates when i try and set up an appointment. I’ve turned off my phone and restarted and it didn’t help. Otherwise it works well.

Terrible….and their IT dept….HA!
App seemed to work OK until I was notified by CareATC my password had expired. Reset my password but now cannot log onto the app. I can log onto the website just fine but not the app. Contacted CareATC customer service (3 times now) to resolve the issue and have received ZERO resolution to this matter. Their resolve is to uninstall the app and re-install it and/or reset my password. Even after they’ve been told I’ve done that multiple times and it doesn’t work, that is their resolve. Stay away from the app and just log onto the main website. Will save you lots of frustration.

Hasn’t been fully functional as of late
I generally like this app however, for the past several days, making an appointment or trying to use the provider messaging feature goes straight to an oops!/time out/try again later type of response. So...

Great when it works. Crashes constantly.
When I can actually log in to the app, it works really well. I do wish the appointment scheduler would let you filter by providers in your area (why am I shown appointments 100’s of miles away?)
My biggest complaint about this app is it’s stability. It crashes almost constantly. It will literally crash dozens of times in a row just trying to log in. If I can get logged it, I can generally get what I need done. But I succeed less than 10% of the time. Please work on the stability of the app. It desperately needs it!

Not functioning properly
I used to be able to easily access everything needed to schedule, check appointments and message my care providers. For the last month or so it's given an error message, and I was told they've updated it and I needed to update the app, which was already up to date. Now all I get when I log in is an oops screen and anyone I speak to is unable to advise on how to get this resolved. Prior to these issues it was a great and useful app.

Updated but not working
After last update (06/22) this app is not just bugged but not working at all. Gives error messages. I have to access through the browser. I try uninstalling and reinstalling a few times. Nothing works. CARE ATC needs to fire the developers and hire new ones. This issue it’s being around for over 2 weeks. No one seems to care. It’s about health, not like a video game that you can postpone.

The app developer should be fired.
My wife has never been able to open the app on her IPhone (with the latest updates) and as of recently when I attempt to open the app, the app locks up on the loading screen. I have deleted and re-downloaded it several times. Always makes you feel even better when you’re seeking medical attention.

Scheduling appointments
This used to be a great app, until the scheduling of appointments quit working. The rest of the app seems to still work, but every time I click to schedule an appointment, the app shuts down. I try everyday and have deleted the app and reinstalled it. This has been going on for 2-3 months. I even called their tech department and they are not helpful at all. My co worker has the same issue. So frustrating.
