I’m Grateful to be apart of
I’ve read so many testimonies of woman struggling like myself with Menopause… Going through the change but most of all what’s effected me the most . I’m so used to being at 5’6 so small framed & petite with never struggling w/ ever being faced w /weight issues . Now due to menopause , it’s become a part of my story . I’m going on 3 wks of the MenoLife. I can’t tell a huge difference but I’m aware it takes up to 90 days . I feel a slow transformation of myself definitely seeing a big change in zero hot flashes… haven’t had any & seeing a increase of having less cravings of food aka snacks… … I’m super excited to be apart of a community so we can help each other , share our experiences, Share where we’re at … & share how menopause has changed our lives & how WE as a community of women will get through this as a WHOLE.

Love this app
I’m really enjoying the community side of this app, seeing that I’m not alone in this experience. It’s also been enlightening to see some patterns between symptoms and triggers. I definitely can see an impact on sleep and hot flashes when I enjoy some wine or spicy food. I’m getting better about tracking water and exercise which is helping so much! I love the app and learning about how much gut health influences everything I’m experiencing. The probiotic and fiber suggestions are really improving my peri menopause symptoms, who knew?!

Women-made app to support women and for us to support each other! Everything in one place for women in midlife and more. I’ve used this app for a few months now, and it has gone through a ton of changes since I started. They’ve added a bunch of features and it has really transformed for the better. It can be a bit tricky to get used to and there are some kinks here and there but the support is great and they fix stuff quickly. Great job ladies!

So far, so good!
This app makes it easier to track my progress. I’m already seeing great results after just a few weeks as my hot flashes have significantly decreased! The probiotic and well rested have completely cured my insomnia! The Happy Fiber has helped both myself and my husband with chronic issues!

Great, just needs one kinda big fix
I really love this app, which is why I’m keeping it and hoping the developers remedy the problem. The pop up to enter the first day of my last period keeps popping up, even once I’ve filled it out, even after I close the pop up window. It makes it hard to use that part if the app. Otherwise the app is great, I really enjoy the videos and all the tracking options, etc. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the pop up window issue.

I want to love it, but…
This ap needs some work. The progress tracking section is very frustrating. In the 7 days view it will show current water intake and sleep but will not show current 7 days of weight tracking. I only see up to 3 days ago. In the 30 and 90 days view you can only see whatever happened in February.

I check in every day, but it shows 0 of 7 days checked in.

How can you track progress if the ap can’t even keep it straight?

Not a period tracker
When I first opened the app I got a pop up asking the first day of my last period. Great! Except I kept getting the pop up even after setting the date and seeing the calendar updated.

Next, entering a new or historical cycle is clumsy. You can only enter one day at a time and it’s hidden on the first screen after *symptoms* (separated from cycle info for some reason), water intake (why?), sleep (no integration with sleep trackers btw), and tracking if you’ve taken any of the app’s line of supplements 😬

So as it turns out, this app exists as a front to sell supplements. Awesome.

Live saver for women in menopause
I’ve been on HRT for years and it has worked but I just don’t want to be on hormones if there is a safer option. This app goes into how to deal with symptoms and reccomends natural products and new probiotics that actually help balance hormones. THANK YOU for creating this app!

The app is absolutely phenomenal and eye opening to learning about your hormones and your cycle through these rough times of perimenopause. However, the last week I can only make one entry and then the screen just freezes in loading mode. I don’t want to delete and reinstall because I am unsure if my data will disappear. Is there something else that seems to be going on with the app?

Too complicated
Seems like a glorified period tracker. I was looking for something to track menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, which is why I chose this app. It seemed like it would work for me, but it turned out to be too complicated to do this simple task.

If I have to open the app and enter the first day of my last period before I can even get to a screen where I then have to search for a place to merely mark the time a hot flash starts, the hot flash is over before I mark it. It’s useless to me.

If you’re just starting to go through the change and want to track your periods, there are still easier ways.

Would someone please design a simple app for quick “symptom” tracking? Simple, quick access is what I need. Surely other women in my position do too.
