I love this game… but there are a few downsides
I enjoy playing Sunny House it helps with stress and anxiety, however one thing that’s really frustrating is when the extra bubbles pop on the board. I played another game like this in which the bubble popped but not on the board to where it took up space; just floated around like a bubble until time was up or wanted to use gems for it. Secondly the hard to reach items which make completing an area 10x harder. Even when I play with every 100 energy or more moment I find it still takes weeks to achieve the goal. Other than that I love this game and would def. Recommend it! As we know, no one is perfect and the developers are doing what they can! Keep up the great work! (I also love the seasonal pass aka Halloween event that just happened)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
BEWARE!!! There are a few places in the app that are designed to accidentally make you click a spot and spend a lot of gems. I sneezed while holding my phone and hit one of those spots completely by accident. Per customer service you can request a rollback to before that point, which I did after waiting a day for them to contact me. Over the next 4 days we went back and forth because the rollback they claimed to have done did not work and they insisted it was because I was using the app while they did it. Now, I don’t know what country customer service is in but they usually answer in the middle of the night so I was not on the app. After the first time they told me that I actually stayed off the app for days and still they insist every time they “try” I must be on it. Clearly they are not rolling back the app so after 5 days of lost gameplay I gave up and will no longer spend $$$ on this app or watch ads to support it because I will not support such horrible customer service. They will not just give me my 80 gems back, which would have been worth it to them with the $$$ I’ve spent playing a free game for me to spend more $$$ in the future. I would quit it entirely but I am almost done so I will finish all the areas then stop playing.

Missing Items?
I really like this game, and even though I feel a little guilty for spending money on it, I also feel it is relaxing and occupies me enough to be satisfying.
I have noticed though that sometimes I just.. lose items? I thought at first I was accidentally selling them, a slip of the thumb, but I didn’t see any increase in my coins. I don’t know if this is a glitch and I have updated the game to see if that would help, but I lost the actual higher level generating items that took a lot of time to build up to. I don’t know the technical term but I lost a high level cleaning tool box and pond. I’m hoping it won’t be a problem later, but I’m writing this in case more items DO disappear.
I will also add that while I really enjoy this game, the pop ups to buy items with real money can be aggressive. There was a point that every time I opened the game I was getting hit with pop-ups for “limited time offers.” I don’t think this is unique for mobile games, as they can often be predatory, but it is worth mentioning.

I contacted support, but they claimed there was nothing in their records so I needed to contact Apple support. I did that and ultimately, the only option was to request a refund once the problem was reported. I was denied a refund, disputed the denial, and was denied again. I went back to the game support and received no reply to my additional request.

Loved this game until recent updates
I honestly understand the developer getting pretty frustrated about the situation, but I am FURIOUS about the word choices in facebook announcement that accuses the player, and ANGRY about making changes without notification 🙂 I am also very disappointed about your customer service that leave players for wks because no-one showed up in 72 hrs, and you automatically closed the conversation. I literally have to take a week to find someone to help me with something, WOW. DISAPPOINTED, DISPLEASED, and all these new updates are an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. I no longer believe that spending money in this game can bring me happiness. You can keep updating, and I will keep playing the game in a free way until I spend all gems I have purchased in the game.

This is the best merge game I have ever played I’m not bombarded with adds the art style is really cute the story is fun and intriguing! I also really like how you have multiple events going on at once because it makes me play the game everyday without fail 💕 this is also the only game I have happily spent money on and I didn’t feel like I HAD TOO to advance in the game 👍🏻😄some suggestions I have is that 1: for the flower event maybe tweak the algorithm to use the water pump and lights less and the wheel barrow and pottery kiln more I feel like I always need to have a water hose to get mystery flower seeds 2: allow us to sell items to club members to get more coins this would increase the use of the club chat feature beyond asking eachother for energy 3: I think tht extending the lemon event one day extra would be beneficial because I am struggling to get to level 25 to unlock the next mansion/garden area. Sad to see a good game starting to go down
This is crazy and you are going to regret and start to loose players. I have been playing this game for 2 years and love it, but with all the surprise changes you are making, like not allowing to farm energy no more, and now even limiting the amount of energy you can have ect, you are ruining your own game. Developers, you are not late yet, revert these changes or you will loose ton of players more than the ones that have already left. You have a good game going but you are now starting to ruin it. Every one that read my post, listen up, go to apple or google app stores and change your reviews and make sure to mention these crappy changes. Lower ratings means less players, which in turn means less income for the developers. If they care about and this tactic works, they will apologize to us players and revert things. If they don’t care, well someone may need to get a new job and create a different game. I’m going to go right now and change my review and rating

Amazing !
I love this game so much ! I'm 11 and in the sixth grade and this game is such a great time passer ! Everything about it is great and I love how mysterious but cute it is ! I only have one small problem . Gems . Getting gems is quite difficult and you basically need them to play the game . If their could be special requests to getting gems or if you could earn them by getting to an item level that would be great . Another thing that I have a problem with is restarting my game . I recently just restarted my game and to actually restart it you must delete the game . This is very inconvenient ; especially when my internet is very slow . Hopefully you could add a reset game button and allow players to make a passcode , instead of solving an easy math problem . If these features get added my 4 stars will become 5 stars and I will be very pleased ! Please and thank you in advance !

Enjoyed this game until I didn’t
I was having fun playing this game until during an “event” the lemonade stand wiped out my progress and forced me to start over. I initially gave great ratings to this game as it seemed to reward more that many other merge games and it explained more. I spent money here and still had more chest to open in the island area… but the lemonade thing really ticked me off. I was so close- and it wasn’t an easy tasks because of energy limitations it took me DAYS to nearly complete the lemon desserts. I had to only create one more to complete the collection that had a reward of 20 purple gems. Took me days. Made me so angry that I deleted the game, leaving the unopened chest on the island I paid for. Just wasn’t worth hanging around. I mean, what good are the rewards if you’re pushed to start over. This creates a never ending cycle and that’s probably what they’re after anyways as most of these game companies have become so greedy. Let’s go Brandon! Ugh.

No longer enjoyable
This game used to be so much fun. Played daily for years but now it has become unreasonable. Events are one of the biggest things your player base look forward to and now you make it completely unobtainable for people to collect Halloween stuff. This latest update is just the icing on the cake to lose your players. Offering zero items to earn for Halloween unless you reach level 12 and have bought your game pass. The amount of pumpkins you can get for taking up space on such a small board is useless. With the amount you need just to gain a level is like throwing a handful of salt into the ocean.
Am I angry? You bet I am and so are many others. Your devs have turned a great game into garbage. It is sad because I also enjoy the story and unlocking locations but I guess its best to part ways before I have to witness what was once a great game go further downhill.
