I came to Puerto Rico to retire I bought this insurance and all I have is headache when I call for help no one is in the same page
I came here with good faith that everyone will try to help in United state when we don’t know a answer to a question we asked for help
In my case I speak the language but don’t know how to read it I asked for it in English and respond was that this company have it in Spanish
Anyway the last customer service representative was the only person who was most helpful
I when to my doctor Angel Jiminez Mercado for a physical because I was told by the person who sold me the insurance that I could go to a doctor and I will be registered by MCS and it will take longer if I don’t go a MCS club wish I can because it’s pretty far plus I also when to a dentist and pay out my pocket for the visit which I did know I had
Yes I don’t understand why the club are not in every town and gentlemen who sold me this insurance should also see the location where I live which it’s not convenient for me I believe all he wanted was a sale

I will be having another insurance next year with my Medicare when I turn 65

Great app for a local health insurance company
Clean, modern design. Provides quick access to my whole family’s MCS cards, and I really like the historical list of benefits. I can actually see what I’ve benefitted from having my insurance.

Luego de escribir la información requerida para “Sign Up” aparece el siguiente mensaje “Registration. There is an error in the data entered, it is important to review the fields again and complete the information as it appears on your ID card with MCS.” El error aparece inclusive luego de asegurarme de que la información está correcta.
