Exciting concept, needs improvement.
Waited almost an hour; never got a call back. A month later my wife made an appointment, waited an hour and a half, called tech support, they said she didn’t have an appointment even though we were clearly in “the waiting room” with the Dr’s picture and all the fun facts on loop, customer service made her another appointment, after 10 min it kicked her out.
SUGGESTIONS: 1) if you can’t deliver on appointments, don’t make them, just have the Dr call us. 2) After waiting for 10 minutes, have a button “Call me back,” 3) give a warning, and ultimately kick-out, doctors that make patients wait way too long

Great Service
I am so happy to know that this actually worked. It is my first time using TeleConsult and I was very scared. I wasn’t sure it was going to work because here in Puerto Rico nothing ever hardly works and Doctors don’t seem to care much. Sorry, but this is my personal opinion based on my personal experiences. Dr. Wanda Hernandez understood immediately and took care of the problem. Thank You so much for this TeleConsulta App.

The app crashes while waiting for the provider to start the appointment, you loose your turn and have to schedule again.

I scheduled a visit and it was very friendly. The provider I chose was excellent, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I am very satisfied with this service and the app.

Not that great
I am giving one star just because the concept of the app is good. However, as an insurance how are you going to promote telehealth -which supposedly is included as part of your plan- and this specific app, and then charge the whole out of pocket cost of the visit. Not only this, you have to tell the doctor exactly which medication you want as if you were the one that went to the school of medicine.

Much ado about nothing
At first I was so surprised, an appointment on December 24th 7 pm with a pediatrician, it was easy, she was home with her baby, so was I, it seemed too good to be true, and it was. 2 days later my daughters prescription is nowhere to be found I’ve called customer support three times and the last time I was waiting for three hours and nobody picked up. I was charged for this appointment and got Nothing, my daughter is still sick.

Instead of hours in the emergency room got a fast and complete feedback, prescription sent to my pharmacy and some house remedies to address the issue immediately. Would strongly reccomend.
