Glad to get support from David( Support Engineer)
I bought Miko2 week ago and as this build with EI based concept myself unable to understand and struggled a lot. For this finally got support engineer ( David ) and he explained very well about the product with all features both devise side and mobile app side. I really appreciate his time and the way of communication he used in call. Miko organization need support people like him. So that in future many new customers will add into Miko business..

Miko robot experience
Initially when I bought the Miko robot, I was very disappointed because my son received a faulty robot. So I contacted Meiko customer service and they sent me a new one. They worked well and diligently with me to make sure I got a working Miko robot. My son has so much fun with the robot now and it is very educational for him. I love this little robot with so much personality. The Miko robot is great and The customer service support team is amazing!

Great robot and great customer support!
For some reason setting up the initial robot was a challenge connecting to WiFi. Called customer service and they were fantastic to work with. They even called me back to walk through the app features, but by then all was good. Kids have been very pleased with the robot and the app!

My Niece Loved it
I gifted this to my niece, she has been quite for of the toy for some time. This gives me a great way to spend time with her as it opens up abilities beyond the usual flat screen to interact with. I think this is a must have for all of my little relatives.😄 Extremely happy with the purchase.
