App keeps crashing on iphone 11
I can’t open the app... it says updating content but it keeps crashing. I have an iPhone 11... this is frustrating

Nice interactive robot for my kids
This roybi robot has been a nice addition to my family. The app is easy to use, it has lot of content and it looks nice. We have had the smart robot for some time and my kids play it with every day. Sometimes, it takes time for the content to load but most of the time it is ok

Buyers be aware- THIS IS ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️
We got the product in November 2019 by July 2020 we weren’t able to activate it due unknown error and unresponsive customer service. And after we activated it just to learn that this is useless absolutely primitive dressed up camera has ZERO teaching abilities!!!! Everything this camera (not robot) has to offer you can get from free or cheap interactive games online yet they surely will be more sophisticated!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!! GARBAGE!!!!

Good for English learning and scores
The ability to see the pronunciation scores when my son practices his English with the robot is a great feature. The app crashed a couple of times. Lessons are good.

Doesn’t work on 5GHz
My son got this for Christmas and we were unable to use it because I would have to reconfigure my WiFi for my entire household to separate out the 2.4GHz signal. When I contacted customer support they said a new update is coming out in January to allow it to use 5GHz. Needless to say we’re halfway through February and I’m still waiting on the update. So it’s collecting dust in my closet.

Activation Process Problem
Unable to review product as your activation process does not work correctly.
On iPhone 10, I choose “email activation” and enter my existing email address and a password for my ryobi account and I do receive the activation email.
In the email, Clicking the “activate” link brings me back to the app which shows the same screen with same info telling me to check email and click the activate link to use the account. (Clicking login in the app also sends me through this loop as well)
Any info to remedy the issue would be appreciated.

Doesnt work
I can’t even do anything at all as I can’t sign up. It says error and will not even sign up on the app. This was a gift that my son was so excited about an now it’s going back to the store. Shame! I see so many bad reviews on here and I see rhat nothing is being done about it.

The app keeps on freezing. Every time I try to press on anything it continues to load and freeze. I am very disappointed.

Can’t activate
When I do then there is a disconnect with what’s happening to Doybi and app. Most frustrating Christmas gift!
