Incredible bonding experience for a married couple
I discovered the world of personal growth and development about 4 years ago and have been obsessed ever since! My husband wasn’t very interested in any of the books I was reading or videos I was watching. So when I discovered the Lifebook program and REALLY wanted to work through it together, I was nervous to even bring it up. I asked him if he would devote 90 minutes to watch the free webinar with me one weekend and he agreed. As soon as the webinar ended, he said, “We have to do this!” We signed up that moment and the rest is history!! What a life-changing experience for us!!! We are 32 and 35 years old, have been together for 15 years, married for 11, with 2 kiddos under 3 and our third baby due in a month. The Lifebook experience has stimulated incredible discussions about our life and the direction we are headed, brought consciousness to areas we have never really thought about before, and even helped my husband deal with some of his war-related PTSD symptoms. Where have you been all my life?
I joined Mindvalley about two weeks ago. I was empty, broken, lonely and financially overwhelmed. With no vision and no purpose. I can honestly say I am already beginning to feel better emotionally from the meditation and hypnotherapy session, and the financial coaching classes I have attended so far have me hopeful for a brighter future. I can’t wait to get off work and open my laptop to Mindvalley and find another amazing class to take!! I now meditate every morning and then take a class in the morning as well. I get up two hours before work just to make sure I get it in. Im a home health nurse so I listen to all the books they recommend in the car during my work day!! It’s mind blowing!! That’s what you should have named it Vishen!!!! Mindblowing Lol!!! I’m what I guess you could say...WOKE. I am so excited to hear of the concepts I am learning because it just validates this feeling of unrest I’ve had all my life. I have always asked the question...”Are you serious? This is it? Guiding Life
I highly recommend this program to anyone of any age. At 42, I had bounced through life, having fun, traveling, floating from one relationship to another, not thinking much about what I wanted, just taking life as it came along. I was pretty happy. Then I hit a rough patch: I had a baby with an abusive man. I the breakup was financially and emotionally devastating. I had no coping mechanism. I didn’t know what to do, what I wanted, my moral compass was broken, I was depressed, relative, still just not taking control of my life.
I took a chance on this program because I was tired of being the victim. I wanted to catch hold of my lucky star again. Things in my life I enjoyed skipped away and I wanted them back. Framing those desires with Lifebook and the super supportive community around it saved my life. Little by little I came back into focus for myself. I relearned who I was. I got my priorities straight, I remembered all the things I lived and am good at. It gave me courage to be on my own and I began to even help the others around me.

The best self growth there is.
I invested in myself after finding the Mindvalley podcast. I went straight home and just divulged all the excitement and passion that had been put into me. Every word spoken struck me to my core. Every idea, concept, thought, vision, and word was meant for me. You know those feelings. While listening to the podcast I wrote down every book mentioned, every app, website, and yes I admit I got discouraged from time to time as I saw my financial ability to achieve all that I wanted NOW was a little difficult. However, it wasn’t impossible. And here I am, purchasing this app and have not regretted it for a moment. I have said this everyday since I found this podcast and I will say until I am sitting across from Mr. Lakhiani thanking him in person and helping to contribute my highest self to all the amazing wonderful good things he is creating. Mindvalley and all things like, are what every person out there needs. I can go on for hours about my story, and one day, I will and you will hear it, and it will help you too! 🌈 BEST INVESTMENT EVER.

Terrible app and customer service
The programs are okay but customer service, although cordial, are not helpful. I paid for an annual membership to access all the programs that I want, but the app kicked me out of a workout program on days 35 and is now forcing me to start the program over at day 1! So even when you pay $500 for an annual membership, you don’t really get to access the programs when you want. The only ‘solution’ customer service has offered so far is telling me to update the app, which I’ve done twice but it hasn’t fixed the issue with me getting access to day 36 of the workout program. And the app hangs up constantly whenever I try to open or move within a program. You get screens with gray pulsating boxes that seem to get hung up for a long time before you can get to the next screen. And any time you try to move around within the program, it does this over and over, so you lose a lot of time and you lose your momentum in the program/course. So I have a membership that I can only partially use and they don’t give refunds. If they don’t fix the issues, I”ll have to go through my credit card company to reverse the charges.

Tools for a lifetime and beyond
I’m currently taking Jeffrey Allen’s Duality course as well as Christie Marie Sheldon’s Unlimited Abundance course and only halfway through, they’ve already given me tools I never thought I’d be able to obtain and use for everyday life! My perspective, demeanor, energy and relationships have all benefited from these tools. A Time where my wallet was stolen, my money all taken, court appearances, flat tires and losing my job all happened simultaneously would’ve driven me back down into severe depression, all seemed just like passerby moments. I was still in the moments, but not at all affected by them in terms of my mood or outlook! It’s something I’ve never had before- inner peace and feeling grounded! I navigated my way through all these obstacles with high energy and positive outcomes! It’s something I will forever be grateful for and I’m so glad I made the investment in me and for me thanks to Mindvalley U! I hope I can join them for their 2020 event in the Netherlands with my children!

Mindvalley is a true game changer for your spiritual evolution
I’ve taken a few of the masterclasses, watched several videos, and always find myself feeling more motivated and inspired. I recently just made some drastic life changes that left me feeling lost, confused and unsure of how I’d ever achieve a state of peace and relaxation. I’ve tried meditating before but it just never worked. My monkey brain was all over the place with fear, self-doubt and uncertainty. I literally just completed the first session of Vishen’s 6-phase meditation, and for the first time in MONTHS, I finally felt at peace and in control of my mind. I was able to quiet the thoughts of fear and doubt, and focus on taking my next step to achieve a state of peace, control, joy and happiness. This is only just the beginning, but I’m so excited to see where this practice will take me. My goals of achieving a meditation practice are totally within reach!! It feels wonderful! Mind Blown!
I heard about MindValley during the year and finally found the time to check out the site and spend some time understanding what they offer. I signed up for their all access pass as with the view that I would take some courses and see if I would benefit. I’m still green (new) to the Valley as it’s been less than a week since I joined. However, I’ve started two all access courses and have signed up for the additional Life Book course. The information I’ve received so far is truly mind blowing. The information is delivered via an impressive and easy to use platform, and the content is easy to digest. I’ve yet to fully explore the connectivity tools, but I’m looking forward to the experience and am already sure the quality of the connections will highly reflect the quality of the course. This is truly an investment in yourself with a ripple effect bigger than you could possibly imagine. Just do it!

Learning how to become better versions of ourself can only be done by doing the inner work and follow the inner journey into ourselves deep within. Even the free features feel like a scam.
Every bit of content on this spends two thirds of your time trying to sell itself to you by drowning you in biographies, publication or imdb histories, and suggestions that maybe they met a celebrity that you might trust the opinion of (and thus trust them for some reason?) hoping the more they pile on, the more likely you are to believe that these people who have no idea what they are talking about might actually have something to teach you or sell you. They do not. The remaining one third of the content is people reciting common sense as if it were innovative or some great discovery, mixed with bad non empirical science and out right woo woo nonsense.
I guarantee that the creators of this don’t even believe in their product because it was clearly designed to give you garbage content and make you wait in vain for what you think you want, hoping you get frustrated enough to ironically to pay for access; only to be inevitably disappointed when you actually get what you thought you wanted. By then, they already have your money, so.
It’s 100% a scam and I’m surprised Apple allows them to do business through their store.
