I really like this app, there are differnt topics that give you time to decide and clear explanations and I can read it pretty well. I have trouble reading clearly and i stumble up words prettyyy often. I also like the settle colors and the drawings, the options and the way you can release the emotions you feel and how you can deal with it

Premium pop up stressed me out.
This app has helped me on days when I felt really low in the few weeks I’ve used it. Its music is calming and the advice it gave was really helpful. I thought to myself that this was the perfect free app for recording and tracking mood, but guess I spoke too soon.

It’s disheartening and disappointing to see a paywall for premium things to unlock. Especially as a pop up before I even get to typing up a new entry. I guess that’s just how it is. A small app gets too big and the developers need money to maintain it. I get it.

I’m just going to take my journaling elsewhere. Maybe take up an actual pen and journal in real life. It’s a better alternative, and I don’t have to stress out about spending on another subscription service.

Even though this was mostly a negative review, this app has helped me open up about a lot of things. It even gave me the courage to write this out. I’ve never actually done something like this in a long time. For that, I’m thankful for the short journey we had.

I was in a very dark space and I hated the way I looked, but this app is a game changer. It made me realize I’m enough and that’s enough. In five minutes I felt like a new person.
