Amazing But Missing A Few Features
This app is amazing but a feature to change your name and other people’s name should be added. I made a mistake thinking I could change my name but now I’m stuck with it and it isn’t even my name. Being able to type text unto a drawing/photo I think would be an great feature as well. Other than that I think this app is amazing!

there should be an ability to add text in photos & drawings!! I think it’ll definitely make things easier to communicate! :)
and also the ability to take videos!! the Live Photo option doesn’t really work— it’s so static-y and not smooth at all— so the option to make actual videos would be amazing!!!
but other than that, I have nothing but absolute praise for this app— it truly brings me and best friend a lot of joy, thank you :)

I was going to add my friend but I’m not sure how to, I pressed the ‘add’ button and sent her a link but all it did was send her to the App Store, so can you please explain how I can send a friend request for her please ?!

Please let us use this without a phone number!
So I wanted to do this with a friend, but it needs a phone number. I do not have one, and I use my iCloud to text. The 3 stars is just a middle average, because I did not get an experience of the app because of the phone number stuff. I think more options should be added, cause not everyone has a phone number.

Great but one problem
It is great but some of my friends don’t have it on there App Store so they can’t get it. I don’t know if you can do anything about it or not but if you could that would be great. Also if you could make it so you can have the option to put text to you photos that would be a great add on.

“Failure” every time I try to send
I used to love this app and often recommended it to my friends! I’ve had it for a little over a year now but every time I’ve tried to send something it says “failure”. I’ve even tried redownloading but now it won’t even let me put my phone number in. Hopefully this gets fixed bc I seriously love this app and prefer it over other locket type apps.

I need help please
I can add my friends just fine but the only issue I have is that I can’t get it into an actual widget, I even searched it up when I held pressed with the plus sign on the left side. I have an iPhone 11 and my update is not up to date but I don’t see anything that can help the update this widget problem, any help? :>

okay normally this app is great and i love it! but me and everyone i know who uses snap widget says that it’s not working. everytime you try to update the widget it just doesn’t work and says “failure”. please fix this it’s sad and we might have to move to a new app :(
