Mobile Caregiver+ Hack 23.17 + Redeem Codes

The system goes down for updates and you are not made aware until your caregivers can not clock in or out. This app does not have some basic functionalities and work flow options that a business administrator needs. I hate that the software takes you out of functions and have you go all the way back in the system to review and update the next caregiver’s visit.
Also, unlike some other software companies, I’m not able to group message or text my caregivers if I have cases available to work. The system have names, emails and cell numbers of the caregivers already to be able to communicate with them as a group.

I have to use this like everyone else, and it does what it’s supposed to do for the most part. I did the update that was supposed to fix bugs, and then after creating my next scheduled visit it crashes. Go figure! I have my location services set that it doesn’t record my exact location but the area. I always get a message that I’m not at the service location but even with the location services on I was still getting the same message. The main difference is that it stopped the issue of the app freezing up and not being able to complete the sign out process. One other thing I don’t understand is why have Face ID if I have to keep manually putting my password in. The app is something we have to use and complaining about isn’t going to change that. I understand that there are always issues but this app has way to many for someone higher up than me not to demand that it be fixed for the amount of money they pay for it’s use. It’s a good idea overall and the concept is awesome. The app is the only thing that falls short with this whole idea.

The developer states “Tellus evv+ is designed to help you focus on what you do best- delivering care.”
That is CRAP. This app was designed for agencies and not for independent providers. So many flaws, the most inconsistent and unreliable app out there. Hours spent trying to use, schedule and bill with no customer service to help. Put in tickets and get crickets- no help. If it as easy as they say why can’t their reps help? Because it is a mess and they know it. The fact that CMS is paying for this is an embarrassment. This app and portal affect my delivery of care by the time it takes with all the issues, which is supposedly what DHHS and Tellus purportedly care about most. Not! I agree with all previous 1 star reviews. They are all spot on. This is an unbelievable burden to independent providers who already do so much for the state.

The App, from day one of registering, has not allowed me to clock out of visit on my APPLE iPhone . It’s interesting since Tellus Evv has a partnership with Samsung. The console is not user friendly and designed for agency use not independent providers . The console continues to have execution errors and functionality problems. Calling the customer service is useless . You are either on hold for hours or on hold then disconnected . If you are lucky to speak with a customer service rep , they will advise that they will help this one time but refer to the “Happy all is well” training videos. I have opened various tickets and it’s been 4 weeks and I have received zero communication regarding these tickets and their status . The problems and new ones still exist . That is unacceptable ! Worst app and customer service ever.

Overall when I started using this app very simple but did not have the goals that were needed to complete with a client only the ones they put on there I do see that they update them every once in again however my big issue is being able to clock in or clock out on time with this app it freezes tells you you’re not at the location it lapsed time when it freezes I feel like the caretakers would benefit if the actual goals were on here and that if the app didn’t have so many problems it would make it easier for all of us if you would listen to the ones who have to use this app on a daily

-The APP shows the time in and out , however for billing purposes we need to calculate the hours worked and units, that is something that we see on the app when sign out, however it is not visible in each visit when we try to copy the time worked , there is only visible the hours in and out , not the total. Could be very helpful to see hours and units worked.
- to work on paperwork of the service delivered could be very helpful that the App shows the visits of the whole month , no only last week.

I use this for work and overall it works well for me.

Some suggestions as a provider :

1. A Calendar view : currently the app only shows current week and previous week. A calendar view would be very helpful for providers to accurately see clients seen throughout the month when it comes time to document visits.

2. Hours worked when visit is completed. The visit is completed it would be nice to see how many hours actually completed. Currently to view this you’d have to click on the visit and see the start and end time and figure out the total time. When closing the visit (before getting signatures ) the app shows the total time but after completed it does not have this feature. It would be nice to have it visible without having to click on the visit.

This app is crap. It messes up more than it works and if you ask me it is more trouble for us caretakers. I don’t know about anyone else, but some older people are bad with electricians and it hard for them to use. The people that I work for make us do the app and paper timesheets because the app doesn’t work right. Stop making us use this stupid app. Just pick one or the other and I know I would rather have paper. It is just easier on everyone if you ask me. What happened if your phone messes up and you can afford to get one because you pr money goes to other bills?

Today is the third day in a row that the app will not allow me to clock out. I contacted customer support on this issue. They said it was fixed and to uninstall and reinstall the app. Which I did. Low and behold, I have the same issue the very next morning. Three of my visits now say “unmatched” and won’t let me release them for pay. Here’s the kicker: they also won’t let me edit them to be able to rematch the claim. I reached out to customer support AGAIN but they won’t even answer me within the chat. Called the support hotline and was treated HORRIBLY.

Hiring this company was the worst mistake DHHS could have made.

I’m convinced every time they update this piece of crap it’s just someone trying to justify their paycheck. Literally the app gets worse in worse in both functionality and in quality of life features. The finger print feature used to work to log in, however now it’s just used for nothing. What’s the point in enetering a passcode if you’re going to make me log in with my credientals anyway. Actually a joke and I dread having to open this app everyday to simply log a visit it. Avoid at all cost.
