Happy New Mom
I registered for the Future Moms program offered through Mobile Health which I found very educational and helpful (especially for a first-time Mom). I received information each week about my baby, along with a diary and questions to ask my doctor. I even had access to nurses which was comforting as a “backup” if I could not reach my doctor. Would totally recommend this program for other moms.

Worth the real estate!
The last thing I wanted to do was download ANOTHER app for work, but Mobile Health has all my information in one app- allowing me to delete four other apps that were taking up prime real estate! I was not sure about the notifications but one about refilling a medication was a life savor. I had no idea my prescription needed doctor authorization and I was about to leave town on vacation.

Fun for the whole family
My company launched a social challenge in mobile health that ask you to do something new each week. I wasn’t sure about it at first but I received 500 points to join do I figured why not. I was presently surprised the ‘asks’ each week that could be shared with my family, like going to the farmers market, like trying three new fruits \ vegetables, or a new hobby. Not only did I expand my horizons with new things but it gave me more quality time with my family! Very cool app and I look forward to our next challenge!

Concise and Handy
I like that you can access your health plan ID cards as well as the carrier websites directly from the app.
I found the wellness videos to be very informative even though they are not very long. Working in the insurance industry I am already familiar with the topics but for employees who are not, the videos provide some great “thinking points” for laymen and are easily understandable, which can perhaps motivate folks to get a better grasp on their health and to be proactive in seeking care.

Fun and healthy for you
My company started using Mobile Health this year and launched a step challenge. It was simple to link my Fitbit to the app. I have always been a moderately active person, but it’s amazing how the challenges bring out the competitive in you. I found myself walking a little further and trying to find all the ways to increase my steps to beat my co-workers!

Very motivating app
My company launched a nutritional challenge and it was really the turning point to kick me in gear to eat healthier. Not only did I change some of my habits, but my entire family was on board as well. As a family we focused on drinking more water instead of sugary drinks, eating more veggie, and removing processed foods from our diet. I have lost 8 pounds!

Well Rounded Offering
As an employee who is not sitting at a desk, but rather in the field, it is difficult to always read company communications. I enjoy that I can receive company communications only if it pertains to me. I found it extremely helpful during open enrollment with the new health plans that were put in place.

Make Being a Champion Easy
As a wellness champion in my company, it was difficult to access information from corporate about what other locations were doing and what was successful. Mobile Health allows the Wellness Champions to learn from other locations and even be competitive!

An app that is 100 percent ours
As a benefit manager we struggled with finding a vendor who could support our custom programs and outcomes based incentive strategy. Not only did mobile health exceed our expectations, they continue to deliver with immediate response to our changes we ask for and the app is 110 percent our branding!

So useful
I needed to run to Urgent Care and of course I could not find my healthcare card. I remembered it was in Mobile Health. I was even able to print the card. Such a life saver since it would take forever to get a new one from my carrier.
