No in-app ads or purchases here! This small app is designed to give the mobile user a more efficient way to use Wiktionary.org. I use Wiktionary almost every day, and am one of the users of this app--if I feel like the app can be improved, I go ahead and improve it! (This latest round of tweaks resulted in a complete overhaul, which I'm choosing to call version 2.0).

Version 2.0 - I went in looking to clean things up a bit, and the app ended up with a whole new framework! I think that you'll find the app allows for even smoother usage of Wiktionary.org.
- I changed the app's main design from tabbed to windowed, which I think makes things more intuitive for the user.
- More exciting to me, you aren't confined to just using en.wiktionary.org any more! I added support for over 100 languages, so if you want to search for words within the Finnish version of Wiktionary (fi.wiktionary.org), just select Suomi from the settings panel and off you go!

Added an extension to make the lookup of words even faster. Highlight a word in Safari, click the "Share" button, and choose the Wiktionary Reader extension to go straight to Wiktionary's entry on that word (if it exists).
Bux fix:
The "Search" toggle on the home tab did not actually do anything. We wired it up and you can now enjoy quick Wiktionary searches as we'd intended!

Nifty app, saves some scrolling
Nice little app, designed simply to save you some scrolling on mobile when you’re using Wiktionary.
Pros:
- Easy to select a language for your search (so if you’re mainly working with French, your searches will jump straight to that part on the page)
- Offers both an exact match query and a general search of Wiktionary
- Real-time display of what your search query looks like in “technical” format
Cons:
- Navigation is a little unusual. There’s no “back” arrows in the top left like I would expect. Instead, there’s an icon menu at the bottom (so make sure your mobile keyboard isn’t hiding it if you want to move back into the search portion).
- Took me a few tries to figure out what the search options are. Fortunately, the developer gives you a preview of your search query, so you can figure it out from there
Overall, if you use Wiktionary a lot and are tired of scrolling to find the correct entry for your preferred language, this is a nice app that gets the job done at a minimal price.
