Modelar uses LiDAR to quickly scan the world in real-time, making it easy to capture 3D models and point clouds with millions of points. Augmented reality visualization makes it clear exactly what's been scanned, and what hasn't. Once scanning is complete, your 3D models and clouds are immediately available to view. From there, you can create high-resolution textured models in seconds, share your scans, or make measurements.

Simple and easy to use, does exactly what you need it to. Easy to export and/ or message. It doesn’t have the super annoying “pay me now” all over it.

Great scanner app!
Really accurate tracking, and the ability to export many different formats without paying insane subscription fees that other apps try to extort from you is great. Great for scanning rooms and exteriors.

Best 3D model scanner I have found
Very easy to use and good accuracy. Have not downloaded a paid model yet, but built whole floor models and done measurements in the app. Worked very well.
