WHAT YOU'LL FIND WITH MOMSTRONG MOVE:

· FITNESS and WORKOUTS
HOME STRONG
Six 20-40 minute at-home workouts each week in both video and written form (two new workouts being added each week)! Get in shape from the comfort of your own living room or take the app on the go. These workouts will cover total body and specific muscle groups each week to lead you toward your health and fitness goals. The only equipment you will ever need are two 5# dumbbells, two 10# dumbbells, a heavy resistance band, and a chair/step. Don't forget your water!
GYM STRONG
Six 40-60 minute gym workouts each week (with two new workouts being added each week). These workouts include step-by-step instructions/demonstration videos and include focused training on total body and specific muscle groups. All workouts are modifiable. All content is balanced for you to maximize your efforts and lead to greater results. Are you ready to crush your health and fitness goals? Let's do this.

A motivational message or workout/nutritional tip each week, giving you just what you need to keep working toward your goals.

Challenging, fresh, flexible workout option
*update- I’ve been using this app for 6 months now and still love it just as much as when I first wrote this review. I tell any fitness minded friends I have about it because it has made such a positive impact on my workout routines!

I love this app so much. As a previous college athlete I really appreciate having an opportunity to feel like I’m working out and lifting with a team when I do this app. The workouts are challenging and if needed you can always up the weights. I like the variety of the workouts and the fact you have three weeks to choose from so you always have multiple arms, legs, and total body workouts that you can do at your own convenience. As a working mom of three kids I can fit these workouts easily into my morning routine by waking up 30 minutes earlier. I’ve also been known to do them at night after everyone’s gone to bed from the comfort of my own home without needing to go to a gym. I noticed muscle definition within three weeks of starting this app. I’ve always kept up with cardio as an adult but feel like my body changed when I hit 34. I wanted to incorporate more weightlifting into my routine and this app makes it so easy because you really do you have a variety of exercises and you don’t feel stuck in a rut. I’m so glad that I found out about this app from my friend. If you’re on the fence give it a try you won’t regret it!

Super Satisfied User!
For almost 4 years I’ve been working out in my basement streaming on-demand programs. I decided to cancel that (nervously) and give Momstrong a try after following her on Instagram for a couple years. I’m now a month + into my (@ home only plan) subscription & I’m really loving it! I love how down to earth Meg is as a trainer. She loves and appreciates her body and encourages us to do the same... to be grateful for our bodies, not take working out for granted, fuel it properly, and be positive about where we are in our individual journeys. It’s nice to feel like a trainer isn’t in the industry just for a killer body to show off (although she definitely has that)! The app is simple to use. The workouts are great, lots of variety in different moves each week so you don’t get bored and I love that there are always new workouts dropping in to the app! The length of each workout is perfect for anyone with a busy lifestyle (30-40 minutes) & I love that not a lot of equipment is required! I think this fact makes it less intimidating for someone just starting out with workouts, but is great even for someone further along in their fitness journey to continue on and challenge themselves! It’s easy to add more weight to make it more challenging if needed. I’m excited to keep using the app as it’s so convenient to do from the comfort of my own home!

Most consistent I’ve ever been with a workout plan
I have been using MomStrong Move at-home workouts consistently for almost a year now, and this is the most consistent I’ve ever been with a single workout plan, and I have no plans to stop. I am a person who has always made exercise a priority (and have tried just about everything out there). I love that this app eliminates the planning step for me, and all I have to do is press play and I get a killer workout.
Meg gives little motivational boosts throughout her workouts, and I appreciate her focus on health for the whole self, not just physically. She’s not a results-driven trainer (although I have had some great results since doing her workouts), she just focuses on doing a little better each day, week, etc. And she does all this without being annoying. :) The workouts are not stress-inducing, yet I always get a good sweat and my muscles burn like crazy. There is not a whole lot of cardio in the at-home workouts, so I make sure to incorporate a good jog into my week. Otherwise, all I do is her videos and it’s gotten me feeling stronger than I’ve ever been. I like that I can do the workouts with minimal equipment (5 and 10 lb dumbbells, heavy resistance band) in my living room.
I’m grateful this app exists- it’s the perfect workout plan for my current phase of life.

Helps me feel confident in the gym
I have been using this app for about three months and I have absolutely loved it! We go to a rec center regularly with my kids swim team, which means I’m already going to be there for a hour waiting for them. Before using this app I would kinda flounder around the weights machines (which I learned to use in high school... but it’s been a while 😂), and then end up on the cardio machines for most of the time. This app has allowed me the confidence to dive in and explore so many different ways of using the free weights and some of the more intimidating weight machines. I can tell I’ve gotten stronger. I also look forward to my workout more now that I have a defined plan each time I’m there.

The one thing I wish I could do would be to edit the workout days on my calendar- sometimes I forget to push “did it” as I’m wrapping up the workout (or it doesn’t save?), and I don’t see that I’m missing the check mark on that date till I get back into the app a couple days later. I love the check mark calendar as kinda a mental reward (“look how awesome and consistent I’ve been!”), so it kinda bums me out when I’m missing a checkmark for a workout I did.

Overall, so highly recommended! Well worth the monthly subscription to feel like I’m not a dummy in the gym😄

Best thing you can do for yourself
I had my first baby on July 3 and this challenge came at a great time for me! Pre pregnancy I was very active, in the best shape of my life, and loved a good endorphin rush that came from a hard workout or a long run. (By the way, I used your fit and healthy pregnancy guide, and loved it! Thank you for that!!)
Getting back into “shape" this summer has been a mental struggle for me, as I had to practice a lot of patience, and love for my body that had “transformed” so much to bring my beautiful baby girl into the world and into my arms.
As we all are unfortunately aware of, there is a lot of pressure on postpartum moms to regain their pre pregnancy body so quickly. What I love about you and about your workouts is that your focus is on how you feel inside, how important it is to treat your body with love, and how exercise is about so much more than a number on a scale or a jean size. I love your approach to fitness and nutrition!
This month I gained confidence back. Having your workouts to push me helped me to remember how strong and resilient my body is. Although I am no where near where I was before my baby yet, I know that this body is such a gift, and that it always responds with love when I treat it with love. You have helped me to be happy again.

Love These Workouts!
When I stumbled a Roos Momstrong I was post 2 babies and feeling completely out of shape and so overwhelmed about where to start. Meg made me feel like it was possible and that she would be there helping me along the way. I love that even though it is done at home or your own gym she is there to answer your questions and genuinely cares. These workouts are the perfect length for me and I leave every workout feeling accomplished, stronger and more motivated. She helps you know how to modify if you need to, which I did in the beginning but in just about 2 months I can see a difference. I had gotten some neighbors, 3 of my sitters and a few co-workers to do it with me as well. I love being able to do these workouts wherever I may be-I don’t feel restricted. If you do have social media follow her as well she sheds such light and it has reminded me to focus more on the important and not the extra fluff in our life. It is all about our happiness and how blessed we are with what we have. Thank you for helping me remember this and work harder daily to be. Better stronger version of me all around! ❤️

Creating movement in all areas of life...
The first time I tried this app was when I participated in Meg’s #septembersmash challenge. I have used at home workouts, but hope to add gym workouts in the future. Her app is not only affordable but her workouts are fun, and who knew you could sweat so much at home, in such little time, with such little equipment! It has changed my life in the past month and got me moving physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. As someone who has both recovered from an eating disorder and has worked in that field, I am careful about who I follow and the kind of energy and message they are putting out around food, body, and exercise. Meg is always so positive and encouraging and not your typical fitness account/app to follow/participate in. Her workouts and the way they are presented help me focus on how I feel in my body rather than what I look like and how my weight is being affected. She is a champion of women and she will encourage you in your journey wherever you are at! Show up for yourself, keep moving, fight for you, and join the momstrong move-ment! 😉

Makes it easy to squeeze some “me” time in!
Meg’a app makes it so much easier to squeeze in some “me” time wherever i am! The best part is truly how fun these workouts are! I especially love the gym workouts where i push myself and have a blast doing it. I have noticed an overall more positive outlook on my appearance, as well as in general. I’ve learned that exercise and taking care of me really does affect my mood, and therefore others around me. I’m overall happier when I’m taking care of me😊 and therefore my mental outlook follows suit!

I love how meg practices what she preaches and is an amazing example of how positive thoughts really make a huge difference. I’ve noticed I pay more attention to my thoughts and replace negative ones with positive ones, especially about myself. Can’t thank you enough for this app, but also this amazing, positive community you’ve created that brightens my Instagram reel and makes me not want to give up on social media 😂 keep sharing and spreading your light!! You’ve made such a huge difference in my life and I’m sure hundreds of others!

Momstrong move- gives your life he confident you don’t seem yourself...
Oh my heck Momstrong move is seriously the best workout app out there. Every Monday there’s new workouts!! So you get excited when it comes to Monday it feels like Christmas morning every Monday!! I love how Megan does the workouts with you every step of the way. She talks about how great you are and she talks about how we should always be able to challenge your ourselves just a little bit get out of our comfort zone. If you were looking for work app. Or looking just to have a greater self-confidence. Then MOMSTRONG move is your answer!!! She gives you a little ted talk after you did the work out and it pushes you every day to become better. And every Sunday on her Instagram she talks about the workouts that are coming on Monday to get you excited for them. And she always has workout plans if you want to use it or you can make up your own. I love how you were able to check that you did the work out it makes you feel hundred times better to start the day off with a simple workout!!

Just what I needed - and you need it too
As an athlete myself, I didn’t think I needed a workout app or that this kind of thing was for me. I’ve competed in several triathlons, ultramarathons, the World Freeskiing Nationals, etc. I’ve run five 100-mile endurance races, multiple 50ks, and won several of these events. I don’t say this to boast, but to prove a point that this app IS for everyone. After I had my first baby 10 months ago, I learned I would need to adapt for this season of life and adopt an “all or something” attitude. I decided it would be better to do a “silly” 30-minute workout in my backyard or driveway rather than sit and wait for the stars to align so I could get out for my usual pre-baby routine of running up and down mountains for hours. While I still love building strength by practicing the outdoor sports I love, I have found that Meg is providing a solid way for me to build that strength so when the golden opportunities arise to go backcountry skiing on a powder day, run a last-minute ultramarathon, or go on a hike with my baby, I am ready.
