gogoyasapetsya,
Just love Moonshot-journey home 🌑🏡
This is a very good game! I do have a little trouble shooting the moon to the turquoise portal, because other color portals are bad so they make you lose. I like how on your first time playing the game you can win immediately. This also looks like it is great for kids, and it is easy fun and simple. It is a really cute game but it looks like when you play you think you win, then you don’t. I love the game because it has the cutest little planet characters. It is the best Apple Arcade app ever since I downloaded this app. I hope you can make more games like this! Nothing bad happens and I don’t know why! I love that! P.S. if you want make a second developer respond too if you can please oh! And,stay tuned too Apple Arcade!
Steve Parker,
Updated: Can't really give it any stars because I can't play it
Update: The Developer got back to me about this app, but still can't get it to work at all on my 2015 max'd out MacBook Pro (top of the line CPU, max memory). Delays are significant (multiple seconds after mouse clicks, pegged CPUs, etc. So I'm just going to remove it. Since it's really not fair to penalize the developers for not being able to run on 7 year old hardward, I'm going to change this to a "3" for "average. But be aware, it's virtually useless on older hardware.

Trying to run this on my MacBook Pro. I can launch it, and click on some moons, but there appears to be no instructinos anywhere that I can find for how to launch the little moon dude. Every time I touch the trackpad, it appears to zoom in our out, But nothing makes the moon dude move. I've tried all kinds of modifier keys, Tried drag/dropping, Nothing seems to work.

I'd me more than happy to re-rate it if I can figure out how to play it.
Radish5555,
Enjoyable but UI needs tips
Update: I appreciate the quick response from the publisher! It would be nice if there was in-game help though…

The game is chill and fun and the bite-sized levels are perfect to fill a little downtime. I don’t get what the UI is telling me when it comes to coins. There are levels where I’ve gotten all the stars and all the coins in the allotted number of moves yet the coin gauge on the level select screen is only at half or three-quarters. Perhaps it’s not a coin gauge but I have no way of knowing because there doesn’t seem to be anything that explains what that is. Regardless, it’s still a good game.
the unicorn girl 🌈,
This is the best!
Hi! Moonshot is the most best game I’ve ever played. I find it very addictive and fun. It is very fun and I play it almost every single day. This is a must get game and I highly recommend getting the app. The intro is almost too sad but the game is the best. The moon is adorable and I just can’t stop thinking about his cuteness! Playing the game keeps me active. When I saw this on Apple Arcade I was super exited to play it. I wondered why people liked it so much so I tried it and I loved it. The most funnest thing on the game that I’ve sawn was the costumes for your little moon. This is a 5 star! I love the app
AertoneFX,
A clever sling-shot styled game
Moonshot is a brilliant game where you launch a character, by the name of Moon Pi, throughout a vast variety of various, increasingly challenging, levels. The user interface becomes a breeze to navigate over time through its useful, easy to recognize, icons depicting the various menus that each button opens. What makes Moonshot especially exciting, is it’s progression system that promotes playing more levels, through unlocking fun cosmetics that make your Moon character look absolutely glamorous. Overall, a fantastic new Apple Arcade game that is definitely worth trying out.
GOOBatx,
Great game!.. but
I love the aesthetics of this game. This is the kind of game I would play while winding my day down, unfortunately it’s usually dark, and unless I set the warmth of my screen up all the way, each time there is a transition between screens it feels like I’m having my photo taken in the middle of the night with the flash as bright at the light that may be emitted out of Zeus’s backside.

5 stars for the game itself. Maybe I can try to play during the day?
escapedturkey,
Fantastic game!
It works with landscape and the magic trackpad for the iPad.

Awesome!

My only feature request is to please give us the option to mute the music not just all the audio. It’d be great to listen to our own music in the background while still hearing the game’s sound effects.
Tensious,
Almost too frustrating
The exponential difficulty got me in the end. The last set of worlds is leaps and bounds harder than previous sections to the point of not being fun. 19 absolutely perfect shots along with timing is a lot to ask without some kind of save in the middle. Also, the long waits for perfect moments drags the game to a halt. After 1,544 deaths, I'm done. Something needs to change and then maybe I'll try it again in the future.
nfbkuyfgfjhdfbjfhb,
So cute!, and a bit sad:(
So when I started this it was was AMAZING, they was a intro before I started the game , the intro almost made me cry :(, I almost cried because the moon lost its mama and Moon Pi cried to :(, and when u touch the moon it giggles, and he thinks about his mama. So that’s why I wanted to talk about this!, (By the way, don’t change the intro!)
mamykabamy,
Looks like fun, can't get it to work.
There is another review from a guy named Steve Parker who's using a 2015 laptop couldn't get the little moon guy to do anything. I am on a brand new MacBook Pro and having the exact same problem. I drag/release and nothing happens except some zooming. I read the developer response to that review and didn't really see instructions to do anything that I haven't tried already. No idea what's going on, but am just going to delete this game. It looks like it'd be fun if it worked.
