Gives useful heart health data
Provides most of the heart health data I’m looking for. Displays are clear. Easy to use. Can be hard to see in bright sunlight. Understand this device is not a true medical device but an aid to trend measured data. Battery consumption is okay, going for two days when one of the night monitors is active (Blood Oxygen night monitor or Scientific Sleep). Lasts 4+ days without them. Wish there was a setting to text me when the V19 was low on battery. Adding members or followers was less than clear but support provided clear instructions to make it easy. Now my spouse & I can see our data easily. Overall a good heart health fitness device at a relatively low price point.

Fix this watch problems because it is need for good health
I brought two of these watches and within a short period of time the watch stop working properly. I have booted the watch multiple times trying to get the proper blood pressure and heart beat rate. I can’t find any information on how to even get the correct time. However, in the very beginning I felt the watch was working and wore it even when I went to sleep. I am not sure if it is worth getting another watch like this. I have the watch this rating only because people have to experience this watch for themselves. I don’t want anyone to not experience this type of watch because it helps people like myself to believe that it can help them and I want this company to try to fix these problems.
Please fix the problems and also make the watch accessible to everyone because the cost is good and allows people to stay healthy. I just want to add one more thing why does the watch stop charging itself.

App not working
I was really happy when I purchased my MorePro, at the time it was recommended to use the HBand App which I was not too thrilled with until I came across the MorePro App.
The first time I used it, I was really thrilled with it as well as with the variety of options it has, but the first night it didn’t record my sleep info. This seemed to have fixed itself after the first night and I’ve been using the app every day with no problems till now. Since yesterday, when I open the app it prompts me to log in again and fill in all my info as if I was a first time user, info I have already filled in (age, weight, height etc) and when I’m done filling everything in, the app instead of starting, goes back to the log in page again, so I can’t get into the app since yesterday.
I hope this is just a bug and gets fixed immediately since I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem.
Otherwise the product and the app are great, and will be even greater when I can use it again!

Enjoyed features but could use longer lit screen
Request longer durations of lit screen at least on the main screen for at least 30-60 seconds as needed for stopwatch and timer feature. If used to monitor hr and oxygen for any medical purposes it is helpful to see ALL INFORMATION Ie: time, date, hr, SpO2 etc without having to twist our wrist here or there to get it to relight. Please consider extending the time or adjustments needed on an update that could be available soon? I really like this watch and have safely returned to nursing myself and have been able to give reliable information to my own medical team. Thank you! Fix the issue and I will change to 5 stars!

Also, the sedentary reminder, pops up during continuous Exercise or activity- therefore is just a simple timer and does not consider activity- do mostly useless.
I recommend the company to make major important improvements and provide via s software update. I would be okay to pay for them.

Battery life
Can we get more specific on device battery life? Even if just through the app - even better on the watch. Great product, though. But so far, I haven’t had warning that the battery is dying and then data is lost (not recorded & because the battery died). And I can’t find anywhere (other than a tiny battery graphic) to indicate the current battery status. Can I suggest a percentage relayed to the app or on the watch itself? Maybe a warning if the battery is low and at the right point for an effective recharge that preserves overall battery lifetime?
Or am I missing something? The manual doesn’t offer anything.

It got worse, used to love it
I purchased two of these watches last year and they worked perfectly including call notifications messages notifications even Facebook Snapchat and all fitness trackers. One watch is still working, the other one broke over time, the sensors fell out. this time I purchased another two new ones this year of 2021 and the only thing that works with notifications is the call notification but messages are not working. We keep the app open on our phones but that makes no difference. Whatever happens to the app, please make necessary updates.
Would be nice if Facebook messenger app was added. By the way - Facebook notifications also don’t work.

Small grey tab upper left
Well I like the app and had a few questions that support helped me with. But they asked me to change the password from 0000 default to something I would use. But after I did that I started seeing a small grey half circle top left of my screen that comes and goes. So I started checking to see if others are seeing it bit could not get an answer. But I noticed that when I turn Bluetooth off it goes away. Could it be a indication that the all is checking my MorePro?? I'm just concerned that I may be spying on. So maybe you can check your phones and see.

MorePro ECG PPG Fitness Tracker
Love the watch, in fact I ordered another one to give to my daughter as she is a runner I think she will like it too. One suggestion - The notifications email, SMS etc. disappear quickly or can be written over by multiple ones coming in. It would be nice to have a “notifications” page where you could see perhaps the last 5 notifications received. I recognize that the UI would limit that as there is only one button. Even just the last notification would be useful.

Broken charging piece
I am very disappointed in this watch. I have only had it since February 2022. The part that is used to charge the watch broke. I have other watches that are older and they are still working. This has been very cheaply made. I did like the way it looked and the fact it was water proof although I did not test that part. This product was cheaply made otherwise the element that charges the watch would not of broke. It was a cheap plastic that was used. As I said earlier, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and ANGRY that it is a piece of junk and unusable. An angry and disappointed customer. I can’t even give it any stars. Cottonjockt. What are you are you going to do for me since the watch is junk. I can’t use it.
