Description
Medical data (such as blood pressure or blood glucose), lab results (such as as A1C or cholesterol level), health data (weight, step count, exercise minutes, daily calorie count) and other data (pages read, calls made, etc.). You probably have one or more types of data you measure repeatedly over time.
But what do you do with that data? Hopefully, you look for the pattern rather than just the last value you recorded -
• trends in the data are important
• your body (and data) has day-to-day variability
• every measurement has some random error
Morning Sugar is an application that records your data and displays it. And it can show you more than just the individual data points; it will calculate averages, display running averages (i.e., showing trends), and smooth the data to give you a better perspective of what's going on in your body.
You can store as many different types of data as you wish, and customize the graph for each. You can add notes to the data, so that you can associate events in your life with events in the data record. (Did you pig-out on dessert last night? Maybe that's why your weight is up.)
Your data is private; it is stored on your iPhone or iPad, not in the cloud. It is possible to share your data (via print, email, etc.) with your doctor (or others), but that choice is totally up to you.
