The best workout app!
Movement by MK app is the best. Week after week of interchangeable workouts. No matter your skill level, there is a workout and modifications for every level. Also, you have the option to follow the weekly workouts which MK uploads constantly or you can choose a workout based on what muscles you want to target that day. In addition, another great option is that you can choose the length of the workout depending in how much time you have available. As a busy mom of 3 kids, sometimes my workouts have to be shorter, so having this option is fantastic. I can’t say enough about the app, the amazing and challenging workouts, and about MK. I have been doing her workouts since the pandemic in my house. They are part of my weekly routine. Absolutely love the app and MK! Definitely worth to try!

Best workout app
I’ve been working out with Movement by MK - using the app for over a year now and can honestly say it’s changed my life!! As a busy, working mom it allows me to prioritize myself and my health (I’ve lost over 20 lbs) while not falling short of “mom duties” or continuing to be a “boss babe” at work!

MK’s app is super easy to use and allows me to vary my workouts daily - targeting different body parts each day! The workouts are challenging yet always has modifications for beginners and fun!! MK chats with you all the way through the workout making you feel like you’re having a private workout session with a personal trainer.

I can’t recommend the app enough - give it a try and you’ll be hooked!!

My favorite trainer!
Let start by saying MK is my favorite trainer. Her workouts are dynamic, effective, and impactful! The platform has everything you could want- from HIIT to strength, guided videos, challenges, and guides galore (in every time increment as possible!). MK takes the dread out of working out. She’s funny, honest, and accommodates moves for those with injury and limited space or equipment. Finding something you want to do on the app is easy, and if you don’t want to plan your week of workouts, she’s got you covered. Overall, 10/10. The community is amazing and cannot be beat ✨

Love this app!!
I downloaded MK’s app in June and have used it every week since! Her workouts are so much fun, yet so challenging all at the same time, always keeps me coming back for more! MK has so much energy and is so motivating. Love being able to follow the weekly schedule so I don’t even have to think about anything. Just have to press play. Truly the best workouts! I’ve never enjoyed working out so much!! Leave every class feeling more accomplished and stronger than the day before!

Do not sleep on movement by mk!!
If you want to build sustainable strength and endurance while breaking a sweat - MKs program is the one for you. There’s a full library of all the workout genres you could want, or strategically structured programs to follow based on how YOU want to move. You’ll leave each class feeling more energized, empowered and confident, and the community that comes with it is unmatched. I wish I found Movement by MK years ago. Take a shot on yourself and try it!

The best around!
I have been working out with MK since Covid! She is incredibly motivating, realistic, and thought provoking. Her workouts push me to my limits mentally and physically. MK offers a strong variety in both workout length and training style (hiit, weights, sculpt). She consistently provides modifications to fit all fitness levels and needs. The app is very user-friendly and I never encounter any technical issues. Join MK and you will be thanking yourself in a few days!

Killer Workouts & Intuitive Platform
The Movement by MK app is amazing. It’s very simple so it’s easy to follow. Her energy is unmatched. The workouts never feel the same and are truly easy to do from home, your gym or wherever you can go with your device. I do love the option of no weighted workouts when I’m traveling to friends or families home who may not have what I need. She has created a user intuitive app with killer workouts to make you sweat!
