Hi everyone! I am Courteney Fisher and I would love to share a little about myself and my transformative method with you.
For most of my life I worked as a gymnast and professional model. My gymnastics career started when I was just 3 years old and the gym was the place I called home. I loved gymnastics but I did not have a full appreciation for my body and what it was capable of. Things took a turn when I was just 15 and suffered from a traumatic brain injury as a result of being hit by another mountain-goer while skiing. Forget about the double backflip off the high bar or intense conditioning, I couldn’t even walk or read. Doctors and specialists were unsure if I would make a full recovery, but I was determined to prove them wrong. After years of hard work, I was fortunate enough to make a full recovery. I was unable to return to gymnastics and that’s when I began my modeling career. I have been a fitness model for over 10 years now and work with some of the biggest sporting brands in the world like Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, Skechers and more.
The knowledge I have gained through spending my life in the gym and in front of the camera was something that I was inspired to pass onto others. I want to be the instructor and coach that changes not only your body, but your life for the better.
The Fit with Coco method is one of the most transformative practices that you can do for your body and helps you to create lasting change. My focus as a fitness instructor is to make the most of your workout through focusing on technique, form, and self love. I feel that there is not enough emphasis put on how effective and life changing your workouts can be from home (or from literally anywhere).
My classes will leave you will feeling stronger, longer, and leaner. However you will also experience change from the inside. I want the Fit with Coco community to set a new standard for their body and what it deserves. Treat your body with love from the inside out. You glow differently when you take care of yourself and put your body first. Whether you’re wanting to feel healthier, happier, stronger, or sexier, Fit with Coco will help you make that happen.

Courteney is the best
As a singer and performer it’s always been important to me to stay in shape. But being in the music industry and growing up on social media, for a long time I thought that meant being as skinny as possible. I would spend hours just doing cardio. When Covid hit and I couldn’t go to the gym, I reached out to Courteney and tried out her methods virtually. From the first session I was hooked! She made me feel comfortable, listened to my goals and helped me reach them, helped me get my eating habits right, and drilled into my head “strong not skinny.” She’s changed my life completely and has become like a big sister to me in the process. So I will definitely be dragging her on tour with me whenever I wind up going on the road!

Best workouts ever
These workouts are amazing! I have lost so many inches since starting and have gained an incredible amount of strength! Wasn't able to do a push-up or sit-up at the start let alone burpees! Now, I can not only see but I FEEL the strength coming back! She gives modifications for moves if you're just starting out! Incredible, motivating, and inspiring!!!

Best home work outs ever
With Covid and everything going on, our busy schedules the fit with coco workouts have been awesome and the app makes it so easy to do all outworks! Would definitely recommend this to everyone…

You have to pay for everything
You can’t workout without having to pay for like a monthly fee and that’s the only reason I got the app. So if you want to workout without buying anything I wouldn’t advise this. No workouts are for free they all cost money.
