Can't access articles
I use the app mostly to access articles. I'm giving 2 stars b/c I used to click on the link in emails from the app and be taken to the article. Now it just takes me to the app home screen and I cannot find the article I wanted to read.

Sensory overload!
I tried to make this app work for me many times, but I found it too busy with nonstop content - too much info for this MS brain to handle. I never felt comfortable with it, nor was it conducive for networking or making the connections like I’ve found via other platforms, so last night I deleted the app & deactivated my account. There were ongoing glitches in the settings & user support services. For instance, I tried to ignore the influx of ongoing emails even though I had requested numerous times to halt notifications & tried to unsubscribe. Nothing changed. Instead, the content overload began to take on a spammy feeling & it was time to quit.

Good app but be nice if it sent notifications and stayed signed in, and so much. I think another improvement is when you go to different parts of the site you should be able to go back to where you were instead of going through hoops to get there. That's my reasons for giving it three stars.

Needs work
I just wish the my ms team app had an easier format to use. It logs you out every time you leave the app, and it doesn’t have a back arrow so you have to really hunt to find what you need. Makes it hard to enjoy. I like the idea of the community of support though!!

What a confusing app if this app is trying to help with multiple sclerosis it has missed the mark if it only work the way they think it's working it would be fine but it's not it's just a stress stress stress. If you're looking for help look elsewhere

Not for me
I did not enjoy having another social media platform I felt like I had to keep up with. So I deleted my account and have tried to unsubscribe to their email list but I am someone still on it. There is no tech support to email and no one has answered me on twitter.

The app keeps telling be “error registering” but doesn’t specify the error. I’ve tried several email addresses but I can’t sign up.

This app is SO temperamental. It will only work on WiFi and not on free WiFi in businesses? I can only access at home??
