This purpose of this app is amazing
This purpose of this app is amazing. I love the support from others across the globe. I love the ability to ask questions, communicate with others suffering the same illness, and collaborate.
Please fix the issue with the app not saving the credentials (user name/email and password).
This app has much more potential. You could improve things by adding user surveys, user polling, and user medication/treatment reviews.

Excellent for people with Fibromyalgia
This App is now 5 stars. It’s the best place to go to and chat with others that have Fibromyalgia. Problems with App: When you are typing someone a message the entire message can be totally lost. That happens quite frequently. It’s also extremely difficult to edit a message you have typed. Solution: Type your message in another App, then cut and paste it here.
The website has changed and has become extremely difficult to use. ALL my Fibro Friends prefer the old version. This is why this App is Much Better than the new online computer version. Bottom Line: It’s much, much easier to use this App than the website.

Love it but needs improvement
I love what this is for - connecting to others that understand what you’re dealing with. But there are enough irritating bugs that make it difficult to want to use it. For example typing updates there is no word prediction and no auto spelling or space fixes, so it takes forever.

App needs improvement
I like the community very much, and find the desktop version quite usable. However, I ended up uninstalling the mobile app.
For some reason, when you are typing comments in the app, there is no predictive text on the keyboard. You have to type every single word out manually in it’s entirety. This makes it very inconvenient to use. So, I have stopped using this app. If this was fixed, I would happily reinstall.

Love the community but…
Love the community but the app really needs to be updated. Logging in, notifications, typing ability…etc. It would be better if it were up to date. A more intuitive navigation would help too.

LOG IN INFO NOT SAVING AND...
Love the idea of this! However. The app is clunky, challenging to navigate, & refuses to save my Facebook info for log in. Which is also why I don’t get push notifications. I tried to sign up with my email but it wouldn’t let me do that, either.

Needs improvement
I was hoping this app would provide ways to help manage fibromyalgia, instead it is a downer. It is more about complaining about how the members feel gather than ways tips, or things that they do to manage this disease.
