Building a Culture of Music with Extended Family
The app contains a wealth of ways to include family near and far in learning a love of music. We, the parents, have lots of love for music and little expertise. We can support our kids love of music with the wide range of music skills that exist in our extended family. Nana plays piano so she plays from sheet music at her house. Two uncles do the same with guitar. An 8-year-old cousin can lead the drumming songs. We purchased and sent the affordable books that tell more of the story behind the songs to out of town family members so we can build more meaning and relationship into the songs over video chat. I hope the kids will have the strong feeling that music is a deep part of our family culture. Of course we have some of our own family songs, but Music Together makes it easy for us all to participate beginning at the kids level.

Music Together 🎸🥁
Music Together has helped my son who’s almost 2y, how to balance, understand how his body can move to the beat of the music, and provided an experience that allowed him to express his interest while interacting with new children his age! We made great friends - mini-humans, moms, and papas! I recommend that anyone with children attend one of these classes. It lets extroverts shine, and provides space for introverts go at their own pace. It’s been a marvelous experience. Having the APP allows easy access to sing, dance, and learn from home or provides activities for play dates!

Outstanding features, easy use. Needs better bilingual support
For registered past or present participants of Music Together. Easy use app allows access to all your fav MT songs from classes you have attended—as well as some bonus songs and videos. Access lyrics, sing karaoke style with or without vocals on the tracks, even video your little musicians dancing and jamming with the MT music! Easy use with bluetooth extends your musical opportunities.
Only big complaint? Bilingual or second language songs do not have lyrics available! This is a real disappointment. MT fans note: Music Together now has ALL albums available in Spanish bilingual versions, and at least some available in Italian! If you have paid for a single language version for a precious class, MT will give you complimentary digital access to the bilingual versions—and they ARE worth the two minutes to request MTks very fast customer service!

MT fans note: Music Together now has ALL albums available in Spanish bilingual versions, and at least some available in Italian! Slow and buggy
My child is obsessed with the songs from her Music Together class, so it's good to be able to pull them up on my phone without going the the hassle of uploading the CD to my computer and then downloading it onto the phone. However, this app leaves a lot to be desired. It is slow to load the songs or change tracks. It has a "playlist" feature, but since there does not seem to be a way to actually play the playlists I make, it's not useful. This is too bad because I'd like to loop her favorite songs on repeat, but that's not an option here. Plus, making a playlist is painfully slow and frustrating. Also, you can't move to different parts of a song, e.g., you can't skip the intro or review a specific section of a song. I haven't tried any of the video or other features, but I think it should work well as a music player, before adding extras.

Overall, a very nice way to keep your MT & RK music
We’ve been a MT family for seven years; our oldest now attends RK. We have the whole MT series with two full editions, going on three, plus our RK albums.
What would make Hello Everybody five stars for me?

* I’d love if downloading really worked. The app is empty unless it’s connected to the internet, even though I have everything switched to download to my device. It’s a glaring issue. I can’t count the number of times I’ve opened Music up so I can actually play the album we want to hear. Hello Everybody should work whether we are online
or off it. Children just don’t care about network connectivity issues, and I don’t want to either!
Those two issues aside, it’s a very nicely designed app and my first stop for playing all our MT and RK tunes.
As for RK, it’s awesome. We’re so grateful our local school finally started classes. We stated online with teachers out of state through our local school, and the success of the classes led to local teachers up-skilling. Pandemic effect at its finest.

So inspiring
My husband and I are both professional Musicians in New York City, and is soon as our daughter was old enough I eat out of the way! We signed her up for this program and have only wonderful things to say about it! It incorporates rhythm pitch movement singing instruments… It’s really cohesive and our daughter automatically starts dancing to it whenever she hears the music come on. I highly recommend this and this app to anyone who is interested and enriching their children with music.

Great music, poor AirPlay functionality
Every couple of weeks this app logs me out mid-playback and I have to change my password while my toddler asks me 100 times for her music. It doesn’t work well at all with Airplay and Apple HomePods - it pauses the music when you go to another app or lock your phone - so I have play it from my phone with poor sound quality in order to be able to use any other apps while it plays. And sometimes during AirPlay, mid-playback it would turn on the Apple TV and play whatever show we were watching last, which is just bizarre. We still listen to it all day, every day because my toddler loves the music.

Great app! Needs shuffle
This app is an awesome way to have all of our favorite Music Together tunes in one place. The karaoke function is extremely helpful for learning the songs; I’m able to sing-along and teach my kid so much better with the words! Being able to create your own playlists is also a great feature.
The one missing feature is the ability to shuffle music. It would be so much better to not *always* have to hear the songs in the same order or to have to manually jump around. Other than that, a great app!

Wonderful app that allows us to learn all the music from our Music Together classes and take them on the go with us when we’re out and about.
These songs help us through unwanted diaper changes, unhappy car rides, and transitioning between activities. They are also inspiring and make my one year old get up and dance or go and play on her drum.

Great, just want more options!
Wonderful for listening like a CD, and using the karaoke feature. The tracks with only instrumental and no vocals are like bonus content! I wish you could select the albums more easy, like a gallery view, rather than a slide on the bottom of the screen. Another great feature would be the ability to start a track in the middle. If you could see the length of the track and select a starting point that would be a great advantage!
