The MyBenefitsManager mobile app is the easiest way to access your PAI benefits on the go and help you save time managing your health care. Whether you want to view claims, find a provider or ask a question. It’s designed to be mobile-it goes where you go.
Take control and get the most out of your health plan. Log into MyBenefitsManager and securely:
• View your plan benefits and summaries
o See what’s covered by your health plan
• View or change your Primary Care Physician (PCP)
• Access, view, print, share or request an ID card
o You can even send it to your doctor
• Find a network healthcare provider
o Locate a doctor or hospital in your network
• Access your claims and explanation of benefits
o View the status of your claims and verify the amount you may owe for a service
• View current deductible and out of pocket balances
• Access your pharmacy benefits

Security – the app is secure and protects your privacy. Our enhanced login, using a dual authentication process, helps keep your information confidential and safe. No one can reach your personal data without your password.
Who can use the MyBenefitsManager app?
Only current PAI members over the age of 18 have access to create a login and use the app’s features.
