Using My Jump Lab is very easy. You don't need any additional accessories, just use your device's slow motion and sensors to accurately record different aspects of your performance.
You will also find tutorials to help you get the most out of your workouts.
You will use all the tests from the apps mentioned above, greatly simplifying your workflow. With a single user you can access all available tests, without the need to switch from one app to another when you do your tests. With My Jump Lab you can measure more than 30 tests including vertical jumps, 40yrd dash, runs, sprints, changes of direction or even motion capture with accuracy comparable to expensive lab equipment - scientifically proven!
