Know what you get the game for
So I was weary about getting this game but it actually is good. The gane is a little difficult as you progress but i love that about this game!! Also everyone that wrote a review whining about the adds aren’t that smart because all the adds are optional. Ever time you beat a level you get the option of watching an add that will double you or coins, while I recommend this because the more coins you have the more power up you’ll be able to buy, but as i said there is a skip button and you can continue on. That being said this game tells you exactly what you arre going to be doing. All the other story match three games will say play levels to fix the house but then you end up feeding animals or catching parrots. This game doesn’t do useless side things. I personally love this game and recommend it to my whole family.

Enjoying it!
I find the Museum concept of this game to be a really interesting and enjoyable topic of a matching game and have recently become addicted to it. I enjoy that the ads are optional and not forced on me like so many other games do. If I get a iTunes card as a gift I will most likely use at least a little of it on this game, however I don’t expect to get a gift anytime soon, my birthday is in August and Christmas is a ways away... I hope I am still enjoying this when I do get my next iTunes card as a gift but I do switch the app on my phone I’m addicted to about 3 to 6 months ish depending on how much I enjoy it and how hard it is, but it has happened that that I played one certain game for more than a year but this phone has 132 gigs of memory and that makes it worth keeping for longer than the others but I’m not super happy with the iPhones after generation 6 because they took away the phone jack and this is a 7th gen that my Brother in law bought. I don’t know how long I keep playing but it’s been about 3 weeks so far.
I would like to connect my Facebook account but it’s not working for some reason which I don’t care for. I might have ideas for the game sometime while I’m playing it and will definitely be glad to share, when I see my ideas get implemented I’m more likely to stay for at least a few more months. Keep updating and improving please.

Having trouble buying things
I can’t buy any packs or anything at all, every time I try it says “please check internet and billing settings” but I have no other problems with any other apps on my phone and the problem stated above isn’t detailed enough for me to pinpoint the issue, please help me, I can’t buy any of the starter packs because of this and I’m going to miss out on them.
Also, I think some of your levels need work, I think it is level 21 (?), it is a hard crown drop level and I’m sorry but I find it ridiculous, I play loads of these match three games and I’ve never come across such a difficult item drop level not even when I got into the higher levels (in the 100s) the crown needs more places to be able to drop into, those two slots just make it too difficult, if you get it stuck in one of those squares, it’s pretty much game over and that’s extremely frustrating (especially since I can’t even buy anything), I have a picture of said level but I can’t place it on here.
Otherwise, I really enjoy the game and as an archaeologist I would really like to continue to enjoy it, thank you for your time.

Soooooo many ads....
There are so many ads in this app that sometimes I have to close the game out completely because it just becomes an endless ad loop. The devs must be multimillionaires by now from all the ads that have come up on my time alone! It's not a bad game, although they could definitely make use of the screen space - some genius decided that there should be an excess of space around the play space so everything is much smaller than it could be. Oh yeah, and did I mention the ads? I get it, devs want to make money. But find a way to work the ads in without making the game unplayable, because here's a news flash - if the ads never stop, we can't play the game, and what's to keep us coming back? General rule - no more than one ad in half an hour/per session, and if you don't have the sense to make the ad self-closing, at least ensure *we'll* be able to close it when it's done playing. Also, more emphasis is put on the story than the gameplay itself. Please remember it's a game, not a story. The weird lack of use of screen space is forgivable, but between the inescapable cut scenes and the ads, it's just not worth opening again.

Great game! But a bug that hasn’t been fixed...
I love the game and got about 800 levels in. Then I stopped playing for a while (as many do with apps). When I came back in, the game now claims I have trouble connecting to the internet. I don’t have any trouble with internet connection, as every other app on my phone operates with my internet perfectly. I saw someone else had this issue in another review here, and that review was over a year ago! I did send an email to support and I’m trying to be patient, but it has been over a week with no response. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and that did nothing. Is this bug going to be fixed? I really want to get back into the game but the app is making it hard to do that...

Terrible
I was loving this game in the beginning, then I got a few games in. The levels got EXTREMELY hard REAL quick. Every game I play, I feel like it re-shuffles because there are no possible moves. The moves you have hardly ever help you get what you need to get, so you’ll use all your moves for no purpose until it reshuffles. You can literally be on the same level for weeks at a time. I’ve been playing for weeks now and instead of getting excited when beating a level, I just dread it because of all the bs that comes with the next level. The story line is just god awful, especially in Ancient Egypt. And just an FYI, calming music doesn’t stop me from wanting to throw my phone across the room when playing this horrible game. AND “BONUS LEVELS” Are COMPLETE crap. Let us skip them instead of having to wait 30 min for it to pass, because they are unbeatable! There are soo many ads during gameplay also!!! For game developers, I understand the game is supposed to be “challenging” but it shouldn’t take me WEEKS to beat ONE SINGLE LEVEL.

So far..
It’s ok so far but you won’t be getting more then one star until AFTER I see if it is suddenly going to get super hard to play and AFTER you get rid of the advertisement on the side of the game..it is annoying while you are trying to play. I also am still waiting until I see if it is going to be fun decorating .
UPDATE..so far I only got to put some pics on the wall and already it has a level where you have to get a ton of stuff but not a lot of time to do it so i’m stuck already. The match three games etc are aggravating because it takes forever for whatever is going to match up and leave the board before you can make your next match. They give you a spin to win something but then after that they want you to pay for a spin. This game is just like Gardenscapes and all the others that are copying it. I wish someone would make a game like this that had easier levels and better decorating and wasn’t just after your money.

Developer refuses to respnd
I started playing this game because Grace is a dead ringer for my daughter, an archaeologist. I like the match three levels but have been waiting at least SIX weeks for new ones. Come on, people! I certainly won’t be buying any coins to buy boosts for “random levels “ ant time soon. You can’t make money if you don’t provide a product.
Update: Supposedly the game had an update last week. My game is still showing “random level.” Where is the update that I downloaded? This developer is THE WORST EVER! I have emailed them several times but have NEVER received a response. I’m giving them a couple more days until I just delete the game. Not wasting my time and certainly not my money on worthless developers. I advise you to not download this or any of this company’s games. RIPOFF!!!

Ugh, impossible to progress very far.
Am now 2 weeks into the game, trying to give it an honest try. But honestly I loathe it. Rarely pass the same level each day & being told " the game is supposed to be challenging. " by the developers is sandpaper to my dismay. It's not challenging, it's poorly coded & I can't wait to delete the game, once my target goal is reached.
Anyone considering getting this game, I recommend you save your sanity & time by passing this one up.

Developer appears to no longer be updating
Well except to charge you more money! I have for the past several months only been able to play to get the restoration items. It’s fun but once I get the item it’s not worth it to play as there are no new levels. For the people getting this game now you will have fun until you reach the last level. It appears that will be as far as you can get.
What really irritates me is that there was one change made to the game but that will cost you $0.99 to upgrade. The developers are now charging you that amount to remove ads that play during the game. You could watch an ad before for a free item or to double your coins. I was okay with that and frequently took advantage of that. But now they want you to pay to remove unnecessary ads from a game they have not updated in months and for many is not worth playing as they have reached the highest level!?!?!?!?
If you are just starting out you should have fun but you may wish to remove the unnecessary ads and know that once you reach the end that is it!! No updates except to charge you money,
Also I experienced many of the glitches / issues that have been documented in other reviews.
