My MWHC gives you access to your lab results, appointment information, current medications, immunization history, and more on your mobile device.
Log in to the app using your MyChart account to get mobile access to the following:
• Test results: View lab test results and standard ranges for each result.

Nurse choses MWHC
I rarely write reviews, however the request came to my email. As a nurse with an advanced practice degree and military military spouse of 30 years I can offer my full endorsement for the platform. The web designers clearly spoke to the end users and asked what items are important and produced an exceptional product. As one who helped build Epics health platform, this is no easy task. The care at each MW facility has been thorough with attention given to myself and my children. I highly recommend this health care system and as one who knows, and works in this evolving industry can fully endorse without hesitation. I have options, I am choosing MWHC even though I’m employed with a competitor. The My Chart system is superior, the clinics are clean and well stocked with safety precautions clearly onboard. Fantastic job folks!

I want to compliment the young lady that helped me with a new billing that I needed to add to my account. She is very professional, polite, patient and helpful. She took her time with me explaining my billing and gave me the reassurance I needed. I am sorry I did not write down her name, but I hope you can look at my account to see who helped me.
I also want to compliment the MWH application I use for all my medical needs. It is very user friendly and it helps me keep all my information at my finger tips. I have used my app at my doctors appointments.

Review for mychart
At first I did not think that I would like this. But I have found that it is very easy to use. I really like that if I have any questions they are answered right away. As an example I had forgot to talk to my NP about my problems that are now worse with my bladder. I asked the questions to her on my chart and she was able to help me right away. I also received my lab results promptly and was able to work with her to get the things I need a lot quicker.

11Annoyed beyond belief,
The notifications do not go away.
I had a bill go to internal collections and it has been paid for three months however my chart still tells me I have an account in collections. I have confirmed that there are no further accounts in collections and was then told this big red notification will always appear on my screen because of a past paid bill.
So now I will learn to ignore it as opposed to giving myself heart palpitations every time I open the app. But if it have happens again that I miss a bill I won’t be able to know it went to collections because I won’t get a new notification.

I absolutely love MyChart!
The ability of being able to access and communicate all things that about my health is absolutely “ridiculous”.
My parents used to say the best thing since sliced bread, MyChart, it’s inventor and it’s participants deserves this designation….

Great App with Room for Improvement
This app has quite a few very useful tools and reports. However, You are unable to download and print reports. Other apps, such as Labcorp, has this capability. Recently, I’ve had providers request information from me. They requested a printed report, which I could not provide.

This app is fantastic. When all health care providers get integrated using it, it will make for better communication and health care by all by allowing exchange of data.

Documents unable to be downloaded
Documents “scanned” into a file IE: FMLA paperwork in not added as an attachment, unable to be downloaded, and unable to be forwarded. This now requires a trip to the office, obtaining the hard copies, and then scanning them at home just to submit the. These documents are time sensitive and an unnecessary trip to the office, in the age of technology, is not warranted. This also includes Dr excuses for work ( after having a tele-visit)

This is a fantastic tool for patients and providers alike. It is user friendly, provides detailed information about patients, can be customized and establishes a link to providers.
