My Stream Connect Hack 1.80 + Redeem Codes

Should be zero stars!!This app won’t let me see my bills. It’s not user friendly and really is archaic. There’s enough money in Kynect to spend on an app that is modern. Even going to the paperless billing setting doesn’t have any options to choose or even view what is currently set on my account. I’m not impressed with this company. And I have to set up two different log ins for the app and the stream website, according to a stream supervisor I just talked to. How inconvenient is that?! First bill never got sent to us. They shut off power with no notice in 115* in Texas summer!!!! NO NOTICE!! Was off for well over 12 hours. Then guess what? We received the shut off notice 8 days after scheduled shut off date!!!! Today, I received email saying the bill is past due but never received an actual BILL...2nd time!!!!!!!!! I’m supposed to represent Stream and sell your energy but I can’t stand behind this unethical business practice. Buyer beware.

It would be really helpful if I could actually sing in to pay my bills. Or at least when I call and let them know that the app and website are down someone has contacted their IT department about it. It’s ridiculous that I can’t see my usage or bill before I pay it now because I went paperless. When you go to sign in it shuts down the app or brings up a blank white page on the website. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and hard reset my phone. when you call customer support they don’t care and don’t help at all. Quite literally told me I can either take your payment over the phone or make a note on your account. Your not customer service your company service.

The app was decent for a couple years, with some problems here and there. But lately every time I try to open the app it’s stuck in a loading symbol and no longer opens.

It’s kind of funny how the app was promoted as an easier way to pay your bill, and then this happens. I remember when I first got it the FaceTime unlock was a thing. Then all of a sudden it stopped, and I had to manually log in. Now, it just doesn’t open.

It’s almost like the app is slowly removing everything as time moves on. If it randomly disappears it would make sense.

This app is the worst, I attempted to pay my bill from this thing and after it asks the amount to pay it just goes into this loop over and over again asking me to put an amount in…the website is just as bad! I can’t even select my back account info from the stored payments list, and when I try to add it, it says it’s already on file…ok? Well let me choose that option to get it paid! I swear this company is so incompetent as well as the “developers” who would even have this app available to download…it SUCKS…BIG time

The Stream Energy app has NEVER, not one time worked since I started services in October 2019. On my bill I am supposed to be on a 12 month fixed rate but I am also charged a base charge for some reason. The customer service line is a joke & I literally had a manager (Maria) laugh at an issue I had. I have NEVER had a bill under $80 & the only thing I use gas for is the water & heat in the winter. So if you can avoid it don’t waste your time with this company, their useless app or customer service agents. Crooks!

I have been a customer for 10+ yrs and NO PROBLEMS! I have had Other light co. No names but bad service & FEES!
I also had the app on my phone & yes they updated IT and there were some difficulties IN THE BEGINNING.
However, I am Happy to say it WORKS GREAT, I can see my BILLS & MAKE PAYMENTS ON the app.
I hope this helps future customers or current!

This is the worse app I have ever used. It needed an update about 10 years ago. It didn’t allow u to make future payments and freezes all the time!! At this point I don’t even think the company cares what we think about the app because it often asks u to rate it and provide feedback but nothing ever happens. I will definitely be leaving this company when my term is up. I need better options when trying to make payments.

It used to work, somewhat reliably. For at least 8 months, it has been crashing out when users try to sign in. 7 months ago, it was fixable by uninstalling the app, reinstalling the app, dogging up your desktop credentials to login and life was good! Nowadays, reinstalling hasn’t worked in months, and the app WAS a waste of space on my phone. I’ll wait until a 50 consecutive positive reviews before I even think about installing this app again.

For some reason I will upload my checking information To pay my bill each month and this will work for a few months and then there will be a glitch in the system app that deletes my checking account info. I have attempted to add the info back into the app but it never works. I have to wait a month or two before trying again. You don’t get any credit if you have to pay over the phone either for their glitches.

This app is absolutely terrible! It takes forever to load, if it loads at all. Face ID has not worked for last two years, at least. I constantly have to change my password. It also won’t remember the password. It’s awful. I will be moving from my current location soon and I cannot wait until I never have to deal with this company again. It deserves no stars.
