The app thinks i’m only ever going in for a mammogram, regardless of what type of appt i select; and only presents imaging locations, never rest of clinics. Provider drop down is empty. Really unclear if i actually requested an appt, or with who, and i’m going to have to call my doc direct.
Messaging broken too - “sorry, there is no one to message at this time”.
i know QA and app testing is hard, but really. You need a Product Owner on your side who cares, and who can drive Epic Systems to really serve your customers.
