With the MyCenturaHealth app, patients and family members can access our Centura Health patient portal on an iOS device. The app allows patients to view test results, send and receive messages with a provider, schedule and confirm upcoming appointments, and view visit summaries for past appointments. Through this app, users can also request and pay for medication refills, view billing statements and pay balances due, review a health summary and view when preventive care procedures are due. Users may also be able to track relevant health information, such as weight, through their HealthKit account.

I really like the app
I don’t write many reviews of anything except books, and I have never reviewed an app before. However, I am really happy with this app for the Centura portal and believe it is a breakthrough in giving patients better access and understanding of their medical needs and care. I am old enough that I am app phobic and am shocked that I took the time to learn this app. However, it was surprisingly simple and the app now empowers me to review my medical records and communicate with my doctors. It also regularly alerts me when I need to update prescriptions or visits. And keeps track of my calendar and outstanding payments owed. It has made the somewhat overwhelming world of American healthcare much easier to manage. Thank you.

MyCentura Is the Best 👍🏽
It's easy to navigate, convenient, it holds all of our information, and it has the tools for setting appointments, virtual and urgent appointments, choosing which doctor you want to go too, and viewing your test results as soon as they're received. Also, you can set up text and email notifications for all of the above. Health Images are connected as well. It also provides reminders of medical care you should be receiving!

Fabulous interactive Health Care App
I love how easily it is to navigate around the app, all your health care info is right where you can access it quickly. You can contact the office and Dr. About serious issues that come up, and is easy to schedule any appointments with your health care provider. I have Kathryn Daniels, and she is very efficient and really cares about me and my health care! She is the best!

Waste of time
I never receive calls from them. They usually communicate through text, email or the app. Made an appointment for my ankle and they confirmed with me twice to make sure I was coming through text and email. 3 days before and 1 day right before my appointment. I show up just for them to say they supposedly tried to call me to let me know the doctor wouldn’t be in but how does that make any sense when they constantly communicate through text, email or the app. I never receive calls from them ever so why wouldnt they let me know through text or email like they always do. Never received any call so it was just a waste of time. Definitely will be finding a new spot.

Extremely useful but…
I love having access to all my records and being able to message and schedule online. However, I’m dropping a star because sometimes I need a phone number. Whether that’s to share my PCP info with another provider or because I need to schedule an appointment that’s more complicated than the app will allow. I can’t understand why they would set up the all with all the Care Team information but not provide either an option to call by phone or at least a phone number.

Well Done Centura Health App Creators!
I’m easily finding what I need and then some more which is engaging me to check out the library offerings. I love being able to report things to my doc’s office without having to run in more often. This is a huge help!
I can quickly get my test reports instead of needing to wait for my follow up so when I do go to the followup I have my questions in hand.
I can easily make my appointments on the app instead of waiting in queue for the next agent on the phone. I can also cancel the appointment if I unexpectedly can’t make it.

“Quality Mountain Medicine”
After moving to Pagosa this fall, I had some concerns about the quality and availability of medical services. Change physicians
I hated to change my primary care doctor but I felt I had no choice since every time I was sick I could not get in on a same day or next day appointment. I had to go to urgent care and on one occasion when I was very sick and had been to urgent care 3 times for the same illness, I was told to see my primary dr. I called and told the receptionist and it was a month out before I could be seen. So I ended up going to a pulmonologist for my bronchitis. That’s unacceptable to put patients out that way. That is why I no longer am a patient.
