Holds Promise
The governmental shifts in veteran/retiree healthcare have been tricky to follow and keep up with. I find it especially that way since I spent the majority of my service time OCONUS. Now, back in the States I’m navigating the nuanced means to get care while traveling.
The MyCare Overseas is a handy way to manage what happens with my family’s healthcare over there. I love logging in with my face, and getting to the claims section is easier than ever! Please add that function into the app, instead of exiting to a web browser! I’m late to this app, but now that I know about it, I hope it eases previously challenging matters.

Doesn’t work
I continuously keep trying to set up my account, but is doesn’t take me to the next step once I enter new user, and password. Once I click the register button I fill in my information and it take me to “account active” I then enter the information requested and nothing it freezes and it stays on the page. Please resolve! I like to take advantage of using this app since it can be handy when checking online medical records as well other medical important information.

I was having issues registering my MyCare Account. MyCare Support noticed that and sent me instructions that made it happen. Have not yet had opportunity to use the MyCare Overseas App, but when needed it could not have happened without the support team at MyCare.

Doesn’t work
Needed the app and it didn’t allow me to register due to “technical issues.” No matter how many times I tried or how long I waited. Pretty inconvenient when I’m overseas in a country where I don’t speak the language and I’m trying to get care for a possible skeletal issue. I would highly not recommend/rely on this app.

Cannot use current my benifits login
Just another government amature app. Does not even recognize deers information. Does acknowledge your benefits login but refuses to allow log in because you have already used the info somewhere????? Come on fix it already.

You can hardly ever log in. I’ve reset my password so may times, today I finally gave up and deleted the app.
You can’t download referrals. It either acts like it’s going to and doesn’t, or shuts the app down.
Waste of time until it’s fixed.

Doesn’t work
The loading screen just spins forever, never actually works. Why does the government pay people to do these things and never hold them accountable when they are failures? Military apps are awful!

Junky government app
Allows you to register and login but won’t load anything. Useless and wasted my time. Stuck continuing to call Tricare customer service and wait on hold. Disappointed.
