Errors
I don’t understand. I can’t even sign into the app for some months now . I keep deleting and installing . It’s always fixing errors anytime I subscribe. I can’t even subscribe and show immediately and I will have to keep calling customer care like forever

Errors on the App
The app continues to load forever. It informs me on opening it that I need to pay for my subscription even though I made payment 10 days ago. My payment history is up to date however somehow, the app doesn’t recognize this. I’m informed that it seems like my decider is new despite this not being the case. I am unable to use any of the app functions despite being a premium subscriber. I cannot vote for my favourite housemates on big brother. This is quite frustrating.

Dstv app is useless app.
You can’t subscribe totally., sometimes when you go to dstv office and subscribe still your decorder subscription isn’t available when you feed back to dstv customer care they ask receipt for payment and isn’t allowed to send pictures at their app

Can’t access the app because of notifications
So frustrating, have already updated the app, but whenever I try opening, it blocks me with update notification, when I clicked, it directs me to AppStore where I will only see open because the app is already updated… it’s Keeps repeating endlessly, I can’t even access the app anymore

What is this? Please update the app, I did a transfer through the mobile app to a account number and before I could finish the transfer and get to the app it has returned to the home view, and over 6 hours now my viewing hasn’t been restored and my money hasn’t been reversed

Please fix this app, I haven't been able to know how many days left till my subscription ends and the app keeps telling me that something went wrong and I should try again. For like a week now I've not been able to Access it and this is not cool at all. This is the worst upgrade ever!!

This app is really annoying.. why is it so difficult to connect with service ? Why ? Why is it so impossible to vote for BBN housemates ? It’s just too poor! I was told to delete and download and all error would be fixed but nope it wasn’t !! And this is my 3rd time downloading again !!! 😡😡😡

This app is very disappointing.. I’ve been trying to login my dstv account for so long so I can subscribe but I can’t even login. What’s the purpose of this app if you can’t even access your account
