The festive season and school holidays are here. This release fine tunes some of the holiday home features, including fixing a nasty bug that broke the date picker if you had Dark Mode turned on. Clearly the dark side didn’t want you to go on holiday.

Forgetful? We've added the ability to view scheduled changes pending on your DStv account. If you’ve scheduled a product downgrade or disconnection, you'll be able to see it under ‘View Scheduled Changes’ within ‘My Decoders’ so you don't need to worry about any post-it note reminders.

I have enjoyed your service for many with my premium package with internet it’s even better. As soon as my notice to pay come, I enthusiastically do it I don’t like interruptions ohh!! Shame as per Somizi.

Not worth it
I saw this app advertised on tv and sounded brilliant so I installed it. Well, I was wrong with my assumption. It is a ‘messy’ app, things all over the place, when it lists the days line up of viewing you can’t see everything at once - you have to scroll onto one item to light it up (which is so frustrating) and as far as I could see there was no where for me to search for a particular program that I wanted to watch. Nothing is laid out very well and I was consistently hit with a Standard Bank advert literally four seconds apart. Deleted this app faster then you can say DSTV.

Most confusing sign up ever
I signed up for DStv yesterday. Premium package. Thatt took 11 days! Finally found an agent/call centre operator who was prepared to help. 1,5 hours on the phone.
Concluded I would pay R737 pro rata for the month. Paid.
Tried to log into DStv - now have a message I owe a further R396 from last month - before I signed up for DStv!
Here comes more hours on the line with an agent/call centre person who has no clue!
I haven’t even seen one minute of DStv and already I hate them!

I logged in into the app out of curiosity and hoping it will improve my customer experience.
I was surprised to find a different name, email address, phone number etc in my details.
How incompetent can that be? How am I so sure my informations are safe in this app without any compromise ? I strongly doubt it!
I will advise anyone that values their privacy or to download this app until they have fixed this elementary errors from a company as big as multichoice.

I downloaded this app to look at my current DStv profile. I eWanted to make adjustments to it. DStv were so intent on having an advertising bar at the bottom of the page that they wouldn’t let they keyboard on my iPad pop up so I could make a menu choice. DStv has gone down hill. They used to have new movies every month now it’s just repeats and more repeats which will go off one channel onto another and then be called a Premiere - what a rip-off.

Claiming rewards crashes this app
This app used to work quite well. But recently, most of the rewards crashes the app before you can even claim them. Really poor performance at the moment. Hoping for an update to fix this soon.

A multi billion company can’t develop a functional app and still went ahead to deploy it ? Big scam of a company, been a customer for 18 yrs but this is my last year with this greedy pigs. You either rebrand with a better management team or better still sell up and go into scam business, that might actually suit your business model.

Can believe this is actually an app, it works as if it’s a site. It’s unreliable and easily affected by network, I can’t even login back after I logged out.
It seems like my login password is been reset my DStv cos I alway have hard time to login.

App only Available in SouthAfrica
I used this app on my Samsung Phone. I just recently started using an IPhone and I tried to install it and it notifies me that it was only available in SA. I have been discussing with the Nigerian CUstomer Service people and I must say that they are quite crapppy. They done have a clue... we have exchanged over 3 mails.
