I didn’t believe all the folks saying they couldn’t get into the app……
So I had to try it for myself.. sure enough… spent precious time entering all the data they asked for to register & then to log in. Just an endless loop taking you from screen to screen to screen, and always ending up at the same place. I see the developers telling us how they fixed all the problems 5 days ago.
Wow…. Now I’m angry about giving my information away to incompetent internet app development people…. Fix it , or delete it. Nobody has this kind of time to waste on a nonfunctional product

Don’t get this app
From the developers notes, this app was updated “6 days ago”. Clearly, it hasn’t. With the actual website, logging in is quick and painless. This app has asked me to login, while inputting all my personal info multiple times with any info retention. The fact that the person who created/maintains this app gets paid BLOWS my mind. They should be fired and the app should be built from the ground up again. Again, don’t download this app. Use the website until someone decides to read all this negative feedback and do their job.

The app “allows” you the opportunity to register a new account but doesn’t actually work, as it “can’t find an account matching the information provided” . Emblem Health website states that the site only works when using Chrome or Edge. Even when using the correct browser, the email-verification email never arrives so you can’t register your account. It’s 2022 and Emblem is a massive insurance company. Get it together. We only use your company because our employers force us to.

Unable to log in
Was told to download app to re register. Did that. Was told to select forgot password. Did that. Was told to wait for email. Did that. I’m still waiting for the email. I’ve requested it three times even the rep sent an email and it still has not arrow yet. We are too advanced to be this outdated.

Even after the new update it is literally impossible to login! After logging it it tells me I already have an account and then kicks me out. Does the same online. Why must I call all the time to get questions answered that should be accessible here?

Where is my money going if your app is completely terrible? Tell your CEO and other higher ups to stop taking all the money for themselves. Invest in making your product better.

WORST APP EVER
When you try to sign-in, you are directed to register again. Wait? What? Then when you go to enter your DOB you have to manually backtrack month by month, year by year to get to your DOB - HOW RIDICULOUSLY time consuming. Then, after all that, it doesn’t work anyway.

Doesn’t open
I put my info in and it says I have an account already and to sign in. I try signing in and it keeps telling me I have an account. It’s an endless loop. I signed up for paperless billing but I can’t view anything cause I can’t sign in

Don’t even waste your time
If you want to be stuck in an unending loop of signing in then ending forced to register then being kicked back to sign in this is the app for you! Completely useless, wish I could give it 0 stars.
